  1. I wouldn't say that... They have a £22 charge for green gas transport... Seems I can't get WE gas anywhere... What is it you want? I have family with me now who still live in the UK who could possibly bring something back and ship it to you.
  2. Well, I got to the U.S. of A and realized something about my current situation pertaining to this fabulous sport. I had basically no useable guns, an extremely limited load out, no gas, and only a few cheap batteries and BBs to go around... So let the games begin! First off, I was working at the Rogers Holster Company, so I was able to get the following for cheap: 1x ProFit 578 left black holster 3x ProFit 578 left shims 1x ProFit 578 right shim 1x Universal Magazine Pouch belt FDE 4x Universal Magazine Pouch MOLLE FDE 4x Universal Magazine Pouch MOLLE black 1x Rogers Quick Attach Sight Mount 1x Rogers Rail Light 2x MLS Male FDE 2x MLS Female FDE 1x MMLS Male FG 1x MMLS Female FG 1x Paddle Mount left black 1x Belt Mount left black So that got me the pouches and holsters I needed. Then I needed clothing and such. From PROPPER: 2x PROPPER STL II FDE 2x PROPPER STL II black Now I can look proper (pun intended). But unless I want to throw budget BBs at people, I need guns. From my new US forum: KAA Stoner LMG (happiness) E&L AKS-74 (finally got an AK) 2x G&P AK 130 rnd midcaps 4x CYMA AK 130 rnd midcaps From Tokyo Model: 1x Archives Ivory Frame 1x WEI Tech frame black/gold 1x Xcortech tracer/chronograph From Evike: 1x 8.4v 1600MaH stick 1x smart charger 2000 0.25g Madbull Red Tracer BBs 1x Angel Customs 3 stage G17 recoil spring From Airsoft Barracks (my local store): 1x WE G17 mag 1x Umarex Blow Back Gas 1x Python TBB 6.02mm G17 barrel I think that's enough for now
  3. Their 578s aren't as expensive. And I would say me, but I'm out of the country. Actually, thinking about it, I don't think the 578 fits 226s wit a rail yet. Will need another 6-8 weeks before that model is done. I may be able to get you a 7TS holster; I got one more in the UK that fits my WE 226, but I'll have to see who's around to ship if you want it.
  4. Hello, As some of you may know, I am now living in the U.S. As such, I need a new Airsoft forum ( I will still be active here). Any recommendations?
  5. Ima throw this out and say... Rogers Holsters? Webbing, MOLLE, leg, paddle, belt, you name it, their holsters can attach. Their new 578s are good
  6. This ^^^. All you need to know
  7. Well guys, I guess it's time to announce my retirement from this wonderful forum, and UK airsoft. I am moving to the U.S. as I got accepted into FIT there. My "For Sale" threads will remain open, as my family still lives in the UK. Have fun yall.

Nice one, what are you going to be studying if you don't mind me asking?

  8. I've used both . But got the TM one before I tried them as it was a steal.
  9. I agree with Trigger; you will get a touch better performance with the TM (I know, I have one), but that one should still preform rather well. And yes, be wary of online reviews (I mean, just look at JBBG online reviews...). Just try both out first. I love the TM one though.
  10. I need to ship a RIF. Who should I use, preferably with next day Saturday shipping; cost isn't really an issue. Plz respond quickly; need to get it out today.

Oh okay, I didn't know that. Just had a guy send me airsoft related stuff today with them. Sent it yesterday, came at 12 today so I was pretty happy! Box looked like it had taken a knock or two (it was a pretty big box), but the contents were fine.

  11. Welcome; and glad you are getting back into the sport

Yep, the Brits are good. Unfortunately I started with the American tree, which is possibly the most difficult to play. The Soviets are easy; everything has massive cannons and can easily shoot down other planes. The Brits and Germans are fun to play as well
  13. Sounds the o ring that holds the BBs in is either degraded or missing. Alternativly you could put a bit of tape over the end; the gas has more than enough power to push it aside. Don't use only one piece; use a small one over each hole.
  14. Yep. I think calling it Ivory is stupid; I'll probably just leave it black. It's "Ivory" colored and painted over black, but in a nicer paint. It's unlikly to just flake off.
  15. That's kinda what I was going for The Ivory is underneath. It comes with sandpaper to shave off the layer of black to give it a silver/white highlight. See the attached picture; it's the advertisement photo. The only reason I haven't taken the sandpaper to it is I don't actually believe it will look as good as the advert.
  16. Oh, it was present day for me yesterday. My G17 parts arrived, amoung other things. It's an archived Ivory carved frame, and slide with high vis fibre optic sights with a gold barrel.
  17. Alright. I'm bringing a slide and frame (NO INTERNALS) back with me in August... Hope my UKARA nber comes by then. :[
  18. I have been using a single fibre optic front sight on my Glock for awhile now, and at the shooting class I attended a few weeks ago I had the same brand of sights (Tru Glo) installed on the M&P 9mil, 22, and the Ruger il revolver I used. They were great, so I'm looking forward to these ones as well
  19. I'm getting the same slide; looks great
  20. Ho-lee-schizer... Dang that thing's beautiful.
  21. Against my better judgement, I am extending an offer to yall. As some of you may know, I am currently in the US. If anyone has something smallish that they want to get in the US but can't justify shipping (especially Rogers products (the company that makes a lot of the stuff Safariland sells)) then send me a pm, and we may be able to work something out. I'm heading to the Florida Keys tomorrow, and will be back in a week, so will reply to any messages then.
