He doesn't seem to understand the value of the guns & gear he's given either and he's usually given ridiculously high spec guns by retailers, such as airsoft GI, for absolutely free. That sort of unawareness and almost ignorance really annoys me

I emailed them yesterday at around 8am regarding the stock level of a blackhawk duty belt loop. Replied just after 9am.

I order the item at 11am and it was delivered at 8am this morning.

    Amazing service!

    I have a SCAR-L and it's great.

As above though if you want a good gun that you can buy mags and pouches for easily go for the L, if you want the look and US SOCOM appeal, get the H.

Black Death has a black SCAR H TM Recoil and it looks the absolute dogs danglies. Check out the photos from the field thread to see what I mean!

My friend bought off jbbg a few days ago, the gun was delivered late, the gun didn't work, then i found out the "savings" on the gun were just a lie, no contact from "Jambwow" and no replies. S**T service, will never be buying from there...

From what I've heard and read, I'd have to agree with two zero. A lot of people I've spoken to don't have much good to say about it considering it's price. If it was priced at the £150~ mark it would be a great buy but it doesn't justify it's higher price tag due to some issues it has (can't remember the exact ones at the minute) which you wouldn't want in a £350+ rifle as for the same price you could have your pick of practically any Tokyo Marui rifle.

Like I said - this isn't first hand knowledge, just what I've seen on forums/YouTube and heard at game sites amongst airsofters who heard it from a friend who knew a guy who had a cousin whose dog had one.

I've ordered from these guys before and had mixed experiences. A recent purchase, however, has made me never want to use them again.

So I ordered a G&P M2 red dot. The first problem arose here: I didn't receive a single e-mail after paying for the item. I've had them before, and thought this must be in error, so I sent them an e-mail and - after 3 days of waiting - they got back to me with a tracking code. These things happen, so it was fine.

Fast-forward 10 days or so, and I've got the aimpoint: I take it out of the box, throw in some batteries and nothing; it's broken. I try different batteries, and make sure I've got the batteries in the right way around - nothing works. I send them an e-mail, and after a few days of waiting, they say they'll send a replacement. Excellent news - a free replacement without the need for returning mine. I ask them to check the packaging this time as the aimpoint was rattling around in the box a lot and that that could have something to do with it.

I get the replacement, and it's not working either. I also notice that, again, the damn thing is poorly packaged and has been rattling in the box through its journey. I take pictures, and record a video showing that the thing isn't working. I also provide some instructional images on how to pack the optic without it rattling around (it just needed some bubblewrap). I send this all off, and they - this time - request I return the products before a refund. Well, it cost me $44 shipped, and shipping it back would perhaps cost me another $15-20. I really didn't want to end up paying $60 for a half-guarantee that they might send me one that's working. At that point, I'd rather buy one from the UK at a massively inflated price. I offer to pay the shipping on a second replacement; they agree.

I ask them to take a picture of a.) how its been packed before its sent and b.) the optic working before they send it

I get the second replacement and surprise surprise, it's another lemon. It's also been rattling around in the box the whole way here... again. I requested the images I asked for of it working before they send it, but they never took any. I've now been sent three of these optics and none have worked; G&P make some of the better aimpoint clones, and I don't believe for a second that all three were busted before they left their factory. Either they were aware that they were sending me a broken product (or just didn't test it as the claimed they had) or the packaging was responsible for it breaking in shipping.

So, as you can imagine, that's the last time I'll be using these guys for any purchases. It's a shame, because their shop has some fairly nice stuff in it that's hard to get elsewhere.

Official reseller of GHK everything. Anyway, I was in dire need of some proper green gas mags, and apparently their gen 2 ones are proving to be pretty competitive (apparently hands-down beating reliability when compared to the ProWin mags, anyway).

So I initially made an order, and, being the idiot I am, I managed to buy 5 of the wrong magazines. Realising my mistake the next morning, I immediately rattled off a PM and has a reply back from Samoon himself after 3 hours saying that they'd cancelled the order and that it had all been refunded.

Anyway, I then went on to re-order 6 of the gen 2 M4 magazines - the order came to $365 shipped (so that's $65 postage - not cheap, but not expensive given the weight of the order).

Dispatch was fast; the package was sent out within 6 hours, and, I'd been told that they'd thrown in a t-shirt and some high viscosity silicone too - the combined value of which would have been ~$15, so it was a nice thought.

It was shipped with EMS and although I initially couldn't get any shipping information to display, a quick e-mail to Samoon revealed there was a 2nd, more reliable tracking website that was well updated and showed every stage of the journey (including the customs process). From the checkout to my door, I'd say it was exactly 6 days (two of those being the weekend) - on something that did require duty payment, I was pretty chuffed. The whole thing was packaged nicely too.

All in all, a big thumbs up from me. I know of people on Gasguns who swear by this website for various GHK replacements (ask Samoon and he'll provide prices for every last bit) and although I was buying for my G&P, I'm pretty content with the knowledge that if something goes wrong, I'll have somewhere to easily buy replacements (something I cannot say so easilly about ProWin or G&P brand mags).

I have a thing about emails and response times. Email is a staunch part of modern businesses these days. People will readily answer a phone and take your money. If they cant be bothered to sit and write a reply to a sensible email, then it usually means they have the wrong kind of staff, they have too much business already, don't have time to attend to you or they are very disorganised. None of these things are good for the aspiring consumer. In Airsoft, many of those behind shops and sites are relatively young so they don't have the excuse of not being up on modern technology.

Thats just my thoughts on the subject, but I like email as you get written transcripts of both sides of the conversation. Its easy to get it wrong with phone calls. Ive found that shoddy companies will answer the phone and tell you anything. The measure of them is how often they will return a voicemail message that you leave.

There is a fine line between hobbyists and business people. The trick is spotting the ones that differentiate.

Ordered a few bits coz the prices on them were very good, and delivery reasonable.

Realised the next day that I'd messed up (ordered non blowback pistol but wanted blowback. Phoned them and they said they'd hold my order whilst I decided what to do/email them. Turns out they don't sell the blowback model I wanted so they refunded me - all very quick and painless.

I know you could argue that this is no more than they should do, but at the end if the day I had made a mistake on my order by not reading the description properly and they made it very easy to correct with excellent and prompt customer service, so they get a thumbs up from me. I've since ordered more stuff from then and would happily do so again.

How can you even start to talk like that to him?
Seeing as you own black viper and an ls pistol, you can't downplay his choice of guns, especially calling the 'cheap crap'.
If bulldogs are the best bb's you have used, then you're obviously not in any position to put down what other people use.

Justbbguns are the most ridiculous website in the known universe. The only people that should be buying from there are 14 year olds using their paper round wages. Look at the videos on YouTube! Every review is a lie the man calls EVERYthing a carbine and says that a 39.99 double eagle m4 AEG is a fantastic weapon. I'm sorry mate but there is no way that is punching 328fps. Also anyone that calls an airsoft weapon a "bb gun" is a plank in my mind especially on your OWN website. You lot are robbing the general public blind sell you products for what they are OVERPRICED POTATO GUNS. I'm sure an administrator will have a go at me for this post but I'm looking out for the people in this community and I'm sorry.

Depends on the sites you go to as it has a two stage trigger. Some sites won't allow it if they're semi only (CQB) since you can accidentally pull too far. I don't think there's a way of getting a trigger block installed either that regulates semi only or two stage fire modes like the higher end TM AUGs do. Other than that they're okay but you can get a decent AK or m4 since the asg aug is just a rebrand of the jg I think.
If you can give us an idea on the style of gun you like I think we could recommend some good starters, but you'll generally get recommended src for g36c rifles, cyma for aks and ICS or G&G for m4

Looks a nice weapon. I don't know much about ASG guns so I'll let someone advise on that but like Mr B said, the G&G Combat Machines are excellent. I was going to go for a CM16 but picked up a GR16 instead. Great weapons.

If you live anywhere near Birmingham, I'd advise going in to JD and having a look and speaking to them. They're good people and have a firing range for you to try the guns first.
