Would you deal with the trader again (Yes / No): yes

Any other comments: i was offered an AEP after the seller saw me expressing an interest in them and he had one of the guns i was considering. a deal was offered and included everything i need to take it to my next skirmish and it arrived in under 48 hours at a very agreeable price. sellers like this give newbies confidence in buying used weapons which can only be good for the sport

I would rather buy over the counter anyway and in this case it was the cheaper option. I personally wouldn't have asked for a price promise since it means very little and there could be a fault. Over the counter means you could return it and have a replacement within 24 hours. A few pence or pounds isn't much to pay for peace of mind

go play enough games to get onto the UKARA database, then buy the pistol as it should be.

So you're complaining that the discount they gave you, that they didn't have to offer at all... Wasn't big enough?

The g3 and variants, particularly the msg 90 and psg1. The m14 ebr the and fal/slr come a close second and third for me.

Haha yea I really only play it in the bad weather, winter or when the Tv is full of crap.
Is an awesome game though, storyline wise, graphics don't do much for me, I still love my medal of honour frontline for the ps2 as much as the day or year I bought it lol
Tetris, god I hated that game. He or she must be minted!

Do agree though shooting those plastic balls gives so strange sense of realism, big kids and their toys ehh.

Again - Viper 3 point tactical sling. It comes with a loop that will go through the sling point on your stock and a hook at the other end for the front ring. It also has the adjustment loop and fastex clip mid length like your SA80 sling does which will allow you to carry it in multiple configurations. Plus, being Viper - it's dirt cheap.

Designated Marksman(s) Rifle. Not quite a sniper rifle, but usually an accuratised version of the standard service rifle used by a Designated Marksman (DM) to reach out to targets beyond the range of the rest of his team.

In airsoft terms, this usually can be any gun which has been upgraded to circa 450fps dependent on site rules. Usually has to be locked to semi auto and some sites include a MED for DMR's.

    TL:DR

(Usually)An AEG/GBB which has been tuned to be accurate beyond ranges of normal non sniper rifles OR to be more consistent.

no idea but i spotted the advert and asked a mates advice. he said bite his hand off so i did. £270 for everything but it seems to have a power issue. nothing is happening and i have charged the battery. someone is having a look at it for me this week

fixed it myself. i got brave and pulled out 2 screws holding the stock on. there was an unconnected connector inside. all seems well now

I never thought of civvies as lower class human beings when I was in

    I do now though

they come across as a bunch of narrow minded bullys in which case, IF they even signed up, I doubt they would have passed out (out of basic training. I have no doubt that they have passed out through alcoholic consumption).
their military references seem very vague and I reckon some simple questions would have them flustered quite easily

or go straight for the jugular. Why airsoft instead of joining up and playing with real guns? Because an ICS L85A2 is more reliable than the real thing

or more realistically, a lot of airsofters have injuries from military service which prevents them from being a reserve. I am planning on trying but I think airsofting is my limit due to my medical records

the irony is that airsofters seem much friendlier towards their own kind than a lot of serving soldiers did at my first unit. It was very cliquey there (my next posting was completely different) but that has not been the case in any of the skirmishes I have been to (admittedly, all at players of war) so far

As long as you've not used it as a walking stick to cross the bog of eternal stench a quick wipe down and a clean out of the barrel should be fine. Disconnect and remove your battery when you're not using the gun, but unless you submerged the gun at any point I wouldn't be too worried about massive water ingress that could damage the battery.
