    Disappointed to say the least.

You could always sell the CM035 and buy a Magpul Beta Project AK if you want a tactical AK?

The Manor are always doing themed weekends too - it's on my list of sites i want to visit in 2015.

As people have said above, they are quite different game styles:

I enjoy the adrenaline of CQB - if it's a good site, with lots of hiding places/rubble/barricades/etc then you never know where your next opponent is going to pop up from - it gets my heart racing and my nerves jangling...

But I also love the tactical aspects of woodland play - if the site is big enough then you can operate at distances where camouflage is effective without having to be immobile in a thick bush - the whole outflanking and coordinated attacks malarky, ie proper tactics, is great fun - and whilst you can work in small teams, or pairs, in CQB, especially for room clearance, you're often in small spaces and/or choke points which restrict what more than 2 people can do in conjunction, whereas outdoors you can occasionally get a degree of cooperation amongst loads of players...

I agree that room clearance in teams of 3 or 4 is some of the best airsofting going, but when a plan involving 5-6 groups of people comes together, when everyone does their part and you rampage through the opposition like Harold Shipman through an old folks home, even if you're not in the front line getting the spectacular hits, it still feels great!

Please note that as the seller, you are responsible for ensuring the goods are given the best possible chance of reaching their destination intact and as described.

It's also important to note that all couriers now require any gas magazines to be completely empty of gas.

We recommend all sellers check the terms-of-carriage of any chosen courier service. This is particularly important as some couriers will not carry RIF/RIF parts, gas/gas containers (including items such as magazines) or other airsoft-related goods.

We also recommend that buyers check whether their goods are limited by any restrictions in order to make sure the seller sends the goods via an appropriate carrier in order to reduce the risk of a sale falling into dispute.

    Thank you,

Woodland is more level playing field (if thats not a contradiction?!) ie a noob can take out a l33t player by use of cover, and luck and skill are fairly balanced, whereas CQB is more down to tactical play requiring more skill/tactics, very often it seems down to who throws the most pyro/bfg's.

Generally I prefer Woodland to be honest.

Have to agree with the SMLE.

Theres just something about having all that wood and steel. The way that the front of the rifle doesn't taper to just the barrel at the end like the K98 and other rifles of the era, just makes it look more rugged and the bolt it just so much easier to work than most rifles. The Bayonet for it just adds a huge fear factor

I can't wait 'til May when I can get replacement mags so Matilda can shoot again.

I don't really know why, but there is something about the Sturgewehr 44 I like about its appearance. Definitely an important gun in-terms of the history of rifles. The father of classical assault rifles. Im lead to belive it wasnt the greatest gun from a practical standpoint rather unreliable, however the design was innovative for the time and its obvious to see where Kalashnikov got his ideas from...

He says that it's supposed to be a "French Liberation Front" loadout- he actually sold the Lee for £1.5k earlier this month to a collector who is now using it as a wall mount. He now uses an MP40 in order to more realisticly portray the FFI

One of my teammates used to have an airsoft lee Enfield. I'll see if I can find a picture.

My personal favourite is the UMP45 (hence I'm buying a G&G UMG next month)
    *pic for reference*

EDIT: Found the pic. It's a gas Lee Enfield and it was leaking due to the cold that day, so there was a bit of gas leakage. Looks awesome like!

If a barrel is actually straight then the second most important aspect in its performance is the internal finish. Its not uncommon looking into a barrel to find that its got obvious rings and other artefacts from its manufacturer. Cutting apart a barrel and looking at the insides show they aren't anywhere near as smooth as you might think by looking down them. These rough points, inconsistencies in the barrels internal texture generally cause the BBs to head off in different directions depending on which little edge they hit. So to improve accuracy you can lap the inside of the barrel to improve the consistency and make the barrels internal quality much higher. Its just a way of polishing away the imperfections inherient in the creation of the barrel itself and it can be used to improve stock barrels or less than perfect aftermarket ones.

get tactical optician to do it instead, will be cheaper than specsavers and he's an air softer too so he'll be able to advise on the best thing for avoiding fogging etc.

Yeah I thought it was good, obviously with the 2 for 1 offer (which seems to be on most of the time) it depends which glasses you buy as you pay for the most expensive. My glasses cost around £80 (so assuming half that is for second pair - ie prescription inserts = £40 if you see what I mean)If you go for their cheapest glasses then it would possibly cost less. Not sure what cost would be if you just wanted prescription lenses doing not on a 2 for 1 offer though.

Cheers for replies so far guys, yeah good point Chock about them not getting your card number by using paypal. Read a couple of threads saying Paypal don't cover anything airsoft related against loss though, not sure how true that is?

I go with paypal. It's one more barrier in the way of fraudsters as opposed to directly typing in your credit card details.

Get some 20a wire and create a shroud (like a normal fuse) to make it fit in the holders
