  1. Like I say - stupid.
  2. If you have an AK the best place for your Eotech is back in the box. They look stupid on AKs.
  3. I was really looking forward to this game. Until they cancelled the campaign. For me R6 will always be about the planning and execution of sieges and raids and to my mind the best one is still Raven Shield. Vegas and Vegas2 were...OK but no campaign at all? No thanks. Cancelled my preorder and everything.
  4. The OP has an M14 not an M4, your solutions all sound like standard V2 gearbox/M4 receiver fixes...
  5. Hah..haha.HAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAH!!!!!!!!
  6. Thanks for the offer! Probably going to get a TBB the right length when I can afford it/be bothered to take it apart. Contrary to popular belief it's made f*ck all difference to the accuracy, mostly because the barrel is so short it struggled to hit the side of a barn at 10 paces anyway (so the perfect gun for a wannabe stormtrooper like me )
  7. Just the left one though...
  8. When I used mine with my AKs74u with the flash hider off, the barrel obscured the sensor. But then it did stick out nearer to an inch. So I cut the end of the barrel (cue posts banging on about crowning and needing a lathe), works fine now.
  9. Absolutely - there is no apparent evidence that being hit in the breast causes cancer. It's still not a great idea if it's happening regularly enough and with sufficient force to cause scar tissue though. I'm sure we all know someone that's at risk, has beaten cancer or indeed lost someone to this horrible disease. Disinformation is bad but so is wilful ignorance. It's good that the OP asked the question as it's raised the discussion we have before us. But yes. Bacon is proof that God exists and wants us to be happy.
  10. http://www.healthcentral.com/breast-cancer/c/question/767995/59543/ If someone has been put on the "at risk" list due to genetic markers it would be a brave man indeed that suggests that they should ignore the advice of healthcare professionals because someone on the internet said it was OK.
  11. If you can find one the Madbull Gemtech HALO silencers might fit (not on the Vortex style hiders though).
  12. It's a LOT more expensive though! I have the CYMA EBR and the flash hider is part of the outer barrel. The ONLY silencer that fits the vortex style flash hider is a G&P one that has been out of stock everywhere since forever. Don't make the mistake of putting a 5.56 silencer on it though, they look stupid (too short).
  13. Seriously, the ESS fans are barely audible even flat out.
  14. I doubt they'll fit under the goggles. The desert locust is quite low profile.
  15. Bob Ross is AWESOME!!!!
  16. Bridgedale Trekker socks from Go Outdoors (cos they cheaper). CoolFusion Trekkers for indoors and summer, WoolFusion Trekkers for winter. Padded in the right places, good wicking and stretchy bits around the instep for support. Bob's yer mothers live in lover.
  17. MORE than 2 months, LESS than 12.
  18. They've always had regular offers on. I think the current ones are more to do with the new WAS stuff coming in and giving them more stuff that needs shifting to make room for stock.
  19. Pretty sure they're not Hypalon. Description actually calls them "strong rubber".
  20. Or you could try the Condor Sentry PC. That adjusts pretty small. http://www.military1st.co.uk/201042-003-condor-sentry-lightweight-plate-carrier-tan.html
  21. Just to be really pedantic, Connery used a Walther P5 in Never Say Never Again but technically it's not an "official" Bond film although Roger Moore also uses one in Octopussy which came out the same year. Apparently both films used them as a marketing ploy for Walther. The PPK isn't used in Moonraker either (despite being in the posters).
  22. Sorry. You're almost right. From the IMFDB page on Tomorrow Never Dies: Brosnan used the P99 for the following two films. Daniel Craig used a P99 in most of Casino Royale (uses a PPK in the pre-title fight scene) but reverts to the PPK in Quantum of Solace.
  23. I'd suggest something like the TMC JPC copy http://www.shootercbgear.com/product_info.php?products_id=5281
  24. Daniel Craig does, yes. Brosnan used a P99 in three of his Bond movies though. In fact Bond has never used a PPQ...
