No the problem was that I fully charged them after a game (7.4V) and then didn't use them for sonetimes months (the next milsim). I replaced them and now discharge them down to about 50% for storage and they are fine.

I used to leave mine fully charged between games and they puffed badly. I dont do that anymore.

This is bread and butter stuff to the guys on the Russian groups. Main item of feedback is that the battery space is very very small. Said to be very solid though.

You cant tell the quality of the optics from that description but its quite a cheap scope. Depends what your requirement and expectation is. 24x is far too much for airsoft - normally 6-9x is enough. I bought one of these last year for my DMR. The turret zeroing is very useful and the optics are very clear. Ear defenders as in a headset providing ear protection using ambient noise to provide negative feedback and reducing amount of sound passed through to the ears. It allows a radio input to be played through the input channel. Not sure you can get a PTT and mic for that version.

Sorry it would depend on what headset you have, Most come with a microphone. Do you have the ear defenders version with an audio jack for playing music etc ?

No they dont mix and match with airsoft stuff like ZTAC.

Ask your friend to let you use it at a game so you can assess it for yourself. Check the exact model out on the internet to see just how much the price has been reduced.

You could buy a decent combat machine for that. Buying secondhand from friends is a good way to end a friendship. At least with a new rifle you know its provenance and you have a warranty.

About 50% of posters on forums are people with no common sense or who are too lazy to google for themselves. However, we are always happy to help people with sensible questions. There is a wealth of knowledge on here.

Use a fabric or corded interface or an intermediate ring. Without a photo showing the type of sling attachment you have, its hard to suggest something. There is always a solution if you think out of the box.

Whats so special about the sling hole - is it small and if so how small - photo of the sling attachment ?

The blowback doesnt really recoil. Its more about making a more realistic noise than pew-pew. Its not the right noise but it sounds a bit meatier than the normal sewing machine nouse of an AEG. Worth having ? I like the blowback except on my AK103 which sounds tinny. Re mags, why not use G&G mags ? Battery-wise, voltage will work providing its not got the electric cut off feature that some of the newer G&Gs have. As to whether they will fit, no idea. Lipo do have the advantage of being smaller.

Ive used the ASG ones on a Raider but the T4-18 has a strange sized mag well I believe. Mind you, the ones Ive linked to might well be ASG. AW dont mention the maker.

Can you play games console vs pc or are they on separate servers ?

According to the reviews, these would seem to fit. I have the T4-18 and have always used a 7.4V LIPO - no problem. Just make sure that you charge the LIPO up the day before the game and make sure you store it at around 50% charge (not fully charged or discharged) until you need it for the next game. Mags are a problem on this rifle. You can use a wider range of mags but you have to do some filing. Ive never bothered and just use the standard G&G hi-cap with it.

Got My Mk1 CRB. Got to say its everything I hoped in terms of weight, handling and finish. Its stock but with a Raytheon ELCAN added, RVG foregrip and KEYMOD adpter and the plastic flash hider replaced with a metal one. Also have some new midcaps on order.

You bought a gun which was secondhand and with no declared warranty. The gun broke a couple of times and they fixed it. Many new guns come with short warranties. Legally, I dont think youve got a leg to stand on after all this time. The price sounds a little on the high side but caveat emptor.

G&G are trading off their name and starting to concentrate on gimmicks IMHO. They already get a fair share of the starter gun market and I suspect their M4 sales figures aren't being harmed yet. TM have been successful because like a lot of Japanese companies, they concentrate on detail. However, they are an expensive base - the "cost of living" in Japan is expensive and I suspect they still assemble in Japan. Many of the Chinese companies have copied TM going back and used the cheaper labour manufacturing base of PRC and Taiwan to offer cheaper products. Krytac arent a serious threat yet because they cant get their products out. A US marketing company using carefully selected quality components could be a threat to reckon with if they get their production up to speed. As I understand it, UK retailers are reluctant to buy Mk1 stock knowing the Mk2 is coming. This is not an airsoft thing - this is a pattern in world manufacturing.

Most sites dont care as there is no income in it for them. I did my original UKARA at AWA over 4 games because it had to be more than two months. Waiting for that last game and then another week for paper processing was possibly the longest wait of my life. They also charged me £10 for the admin processing.
