What i found out from UPS, is that it wasn't picked up until 12am Monday ...... they could have easily done the spring change on Saturday or Monday morning oooh well i live and learn
  2. i should add that my bearings were 6mm (worst size ever ... only bearing a 8mm box as the loads are too much) guarder bearings
  3. don't forget about osprey pouches on ebay

  5. when i had my old TM mp5k bearing'ed (crappy 6mm gearbox tbh), it was the loaded side if the spur gear which failed. i am now running olite bearings/bushings in it now.
  6. bugger just ordered an element llm01, gunna see how that looks (probably just fit it to my l85 when i daniel defense rail it)
  7. Well on sunday i got a lonex m100 spring, just fitted it and out of 20 shots, the lowest is 289fps , average is 310-325fps , and i had 2 at 404fps That's with zero hop dialed in, think i need to stick a couple of mags through it to bed everything in
  8. dont forget G&G bb's, there supposed to be good, and the little bag of them i got with my guns ... i had no issues what so ever ... but i have not seen them for sale in many places ... and i buy blasters by the box load
  9. forgive me for saying, but you sound really new to airsoft, if so i cannot believe no one has mention this yet, have a look here >>> http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/index.php/topic/17294-ians-guide-to-noobism-on-a-tight-budget/ great thread, loads of advice etc if you not new, my bad
  10. +1 to blasters in the 0.25 variety ... never had a jam from them, and they seem really accurate and consistent to me. other brands used, zero one (2 jams in 1 bag), and some really cheap ones i got off ebay (not used on my main gun, mainly my mp5k and a claymore. 1 jam out of 2 bags used so far)
  11. i never saw that option that said i emailed them straight away ....
  12. They Lied! When i placed the order there was NO comment box what so ever! so i emailed them straight away :- No reply ..... This morning at 08:30 i got :- then at 10:30 i got :- at exactly the same time i received another email :- really disappointed by this!
  13. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR SP85 spring arrived ... fitted ..... 222fps on 0.25's WTF!!! the only think i can assume is that the spring i thought was a SP100 isnt
  14. so todays stuff:- another ris raiser ... i will get this scope to sit right on my l85 guarder SP85 spring .... i will get this dam l85 under 350fps!!! think i am starting to notice a trend in my spending
  15. just too add, i asked :- they answered:- so it looks like free spring fitting is still on the go ... gunna place my order today
  16. sorry to de-rail abit ... anyone have a recommendation of a pistol torch? my MK23 really wants a LAM unit but my wallet says NO!
  17. dont just limit your self to a red dot how about a 551 (or 552) holographic sight ?? (i have one of these on my MP5K) on my cm16 i have a 4x32 scope, with red/greed/blue cross hairs (think it was about £50 from china) works really well
  18. really, that's not what parcel force implied to me in my long running email winge at them , they informed me if i cleared the customs charges myself it would then be released to them for delivery this is a extract of that email :-
  19. Hello and welcome thats one hell of a pistol and its the first time i have heard of a airsoft targeting pistol. ill let some of the more experience here suggest a extreme accuracy pistol if thats all you want that said i would expect most guns to be accurate at 25ft (thats 8metres i think) maybe not 2" accurate mind
  20. don't forget to add "customs to be cleared by addressee" (or something like that) somewhere on the package near the customs form. that way you can pay customs directly, and avoid the royalmail/parcelforce rip off "clearance fee"
