  1. My Polarstar is finally finished. The T1 isn't staying on i'm waiting for a 556.
  2. I only play at two sites currently. One is woodland so the TRMR isn’t any good anyway and the other is SWAT Fortress who don’t allow anyone to use 12G as it’s very close quarters plus it’s a former tobacco factory.
  3. Also TRMR's are a lot faster to re-arm as well. with an X4 base you have a good choice. .209s 9mm shotgun Mag-Flash.
  4. TRMR X4, I've had a Ohshiboom wasn't good. It detonated whilst the pin was still in. I have a TRMR now with the X4 base it's excellent
  5. The DCS comes with plates installed and the pouches are tiny. When wearing the DCS nearly all of my shoulders are out, side rib cage and stomach. These vest are small. When I get hit wearing it I know I've been hit thanks.
  6. This is why I mentioned the DCS. Load bearing wise it's excellent. I run HPA so carry a bottle on my back plus 7 full mid caps and a spare pistol mag and I don't feel any of the weight once it's on. All pouches are easily accessible. My personal opinion is the DCS is perfect for both woodland and CQB, I had two at one point their that good.
  7. Get a WAS DCS, you'll never need to buy a carrier again.
  8. what P* is it ? is it a Jack or an FE ! Also what size is the tank 4500 is the pressure size, what cubic inch is it !
  9. looking to spray mine at some point. give it a dusting
  10. G&P War Rifle with P* Jack installed. Just waiting for my Madbull Battle stock and new flash hider and it's complete. Retro Arms fire selector installed as well.
  11. Go to Beesting airsoft they do package deals or go to Dark talon. He's currently a brand new DT4 with a Wolverine Hydra installed for £399.00 on offer. Depending on what reg etc you get a Tippmann is cheaper. Example Redline reg £175 48ci bottle £40 SMP £330 Donor weapon £150 If your going wolverine get their new Inferno. Cheaper to buy Beesting - Danny will sort you out decent guy know him personally. Dark Talon. Mark Decent guy too, know him personally.
  12. Tippmann's do have a hop issue but it's an easy fix now, there's plenty of ways to fix it. I fixed mine with a simple but brilliant mod and it worked a dream. G&G CM's are generally pretty good for P* setup and i believe so for SMP as well.
  13. Having already had an SMP myself and now having a P* I can say HPA I'd good mate but for self builds like this it can be very expensive. My SMP cost me an absolute fortune and I constantly had barrel/hop issues. If you buy either system then do testing before changing out the internals. Example, alignment checks with the nozzle and hop and fire testing to check range and accuracy, do this whilst the weapon is still electric then once you've changed it out you can look for any differences. You also want to put it in a GG& or VFC body as people have had better results. G&G is also good but not all G&G bodies work great with these systems. Other issues with HPA is sites allowing them and other players hating the ROF these put out, theres a fair few HPA owners who have ROF set stupidly high. Also you need to fill you bottle/s' as well Personally if your looking to get into HPA but not spend LOADS of money then get a Tippmann M4 they are excellent. If you need any help or advice Pm me I have plenty of knowledge on these systems :-)
  14. My G&P War Rifle with Noveske KFH. Not sure about it just yet but we'll see once it's been P* and sprayed up.
  15. So whilst I've been off recovering from an Operation I couldn't but help and have a look at some new stuff. Unfortunately I went beyond looking and Purchased this little beauty. G&P WAR RIFLE which will be getting P*'d.
  16. Did I say compressor...... NO I don't think I did, did I...... There's a special hand pump you can buy but usual Kiwi doesn't have anything usual to say just wants to try and be a joker....... grow up dude http://m.uttings.co.uk/p104227-webley-tripump-stirrup-pump-tripump/
  17. currently not aware of any airsoft sites who offer a service of filling bottles. you have three choices, Paintball site, buy scuba tank with fill station or buy a special pump fill them.
  18. My mate has two of them. Can’t really see myself what makes them different other than the ball ache of them being front wired and having to mess about getting the battery inside the RIS, I think he actually has to remove the RIS to get the battery inside which is a ball ache. Having seen them in use though I have to say they are really accurate and have some decent range on them but suppose that’s no different to most other AEG’s on the market. I wanted to get one at one point until I saw what he had to do to get the battery in which put me right off.
  19. G&P Magpul M4 Sentry. Built quality on this is excellent.
  20. I use a TRMR and it’s excellent, doesn’t have to be thrown with force to get it to detonate unless your using Mag-Flash then they simply don’t work without giving it a proper good throw. Oshibooms are another but I found them to be shocking. Mine detonated inside it’s Kydex holster even with the pin still in. Defo prefer TRMR’s and there’s now a lot on the market for different bases on them. I did a quick video not to long ago on my TRMR using three primers, .209s, 9mm & the new Mag-Flash primer. Highly recommend a TRMR.
  21. Dremel will be fine. You need to make a press as well.
  22. Yeah you can make one side flat as log as the other is moulded correctly it won't make any difference buddy.
  23. With the right tools they aren't easy to make just take time as once it's pressed your then need to shape it, polish it, set eyelets for retention in the right place. I make them fully by hand but if you have a table belt sander that speeds up the process.
  24. Yeah your right it’s hard trying to quit something you love doing. The only reason this whole thread went up is from a PM I received last night about my SMP. Then I saw that thing about why people hate HPA and thought it would be good to post and see. I have mine set at 25Rps as most PTW’s do that or some AEG’s do roughly 20Rps. 25Rps is reasonable I think and I only ever use full auto for those players that don’t take there hits….. if you have 25rps coming at you, you’ll take it. I see on the HPA pages all the time people with their ROF set outrageously high and myself being a HPA owner it pisses me off because I bet those with ROF that high wouldn’t want to be shot with it themselves so why shoot someone else with that kind of ROF.
  25. Quitting or not i can still post in the forum, that's completely irrelevant isn't it. if you have something to say to me then bring it to PM rather than trying to be cocky. if you don't like it DON'T READ IT.
