Saying already that you simply must have a training weapon is pretty much the equivalent of a guy driving around on P plates asking everyone about the service intervals on a Lamborghini. By the time you've been playing long enough for your CM16 to be the limiting factor in your games you will almost certainly have realised that actually a better G&G or indeed the Marui Recoil range is more than good enough for what you want. Nothing wrong with aiming high, nothing at all. Just maybe get a bit more play under your belt first to prevent going off half cocked...

I personally side 100% with the OP here, if the sniper is inside MED then he cannot fire for reasons of safety, fair enough. I'm not going to EVER take a 'bang' kill from someone more than 5 metres away, certainly not 30 metres. There's absolutely zero guarantee he'd have hit his target at that range; I have seen some properly speshul shooting from airsofters who are shouting 'take your hits' while the overhopping BBs are chopping through leaves 5metres above me.
 
If you want to play the sniper role in airsoft (which is a game, with rules) then you either accept that you're unable to engage within 30 metres or you buy a secondary weapon without an MED.
 
Personally I disagree with the bang rule entirely and believe it's a crossover from the states where they play with much higher FPS limits than the UK. I regularly play CQB in a site where the longest possible sightline is about 20 metres and engagements often happen at corners with distances less than 2-3 metres; does anyone complain about 'bang kills' etc, no, they don't. Because 328-350 FPS isn't dangerous even at point blank, it just stings a bit.
 
The bang rule is bullshit and common courtesy is what's required, if you're up close clearly it's not cool to light someone up on full auto, but to point your gun at them and say "bang bang" is just sad, we're not playing cowboys and indians in a primary school playground.

After Effects can be used through Creative Cloud I might add, and as you are a student (correct me if thats wrong) you can get the full CC Creative Suite for $23 a month. That quite frankly is nothing for what you get.

Con, I'm not entirely sure why you are a 'rep' for the BAC as you are so out of tune with what they have actually done and are currently doing. I highly doubt they are putting money in your pocket but they are 100% feeding you (and perhaps even themselves) absolute bullshit and you're lapping it up. Quite frankly mate, this is going to rub off on you – in fact it already has.

1. Wow, BAC are bloomin' idiots to allow this through, although I don't think it'll ruin airsoft but, someone high up should be made aware of this.
 
2. This hype didn't turn out to be as big as I espected. I thought they were trafficking guns to convicted criminals for money or something along those lines.
