  1. Had a terrible experience from them, took 3 weeks to deliver a hydration pouch even though I'm within 50 miles of their address.
  2. Attach it to the front of your webbing like truckers do on their radiator grilles
  3. Plus with mesh, if a BB hits the front of the mask you won't feel much impact as it's 3-5cm away from your skin... neoprene's in contact with the skin so you'll still feel the impact and some shots (especially from a tuned sniper rifle/DMR) could potentially bruise and hurt like a bitch.
  4. If you could get something like an NPAS for CO2 that would work. Out of curiosity, how much did drilling through the air nozzle reduce FPS?
  5. That is seriously cool, looks a little like one of those plasma rifles from Warhammer 40K I'd definitely build something similar if I had the time and the money
  6. I just found the ideal piece of kit all AF-UKers going should wear: This! And at £2.99 everyone can afford it
  7. It's fun when you get 12 year old kids looking at you like you're some kind of god, because you have this massively obvious tan-painted beast of a scoped rifle in your hands. The rest of the time you are taking potshots at enemies and you keep wishing that you bought a tightbore and a new hop rubber and nub before the skirmish
  8. Good man. Join the club Make sure to get some Tanaka long mags for it, the standard KJW flush ones suck balls. I only use mine as a backup. Are you going to NAE this year? If you are I'm thinking M700 sniper team
  9. A skirmish is basically a game of airsoft. Skirmishes are held at insured skirmish sites a few times a month. Many guys will go once, maybe twice a month at a stretch.
  10. $10,000 is roughly £6,000. Selling the body armour and such to uneducated chavs for extremely high prices would get you waaaaaay more cash than pretending you found it and handing it back in.
  11. Anyone know much about S-Thunder grenade launchers?

Thinking of getting one and 3 S-Thunder shells for NAE. Surprisingly cheap for them all!

Better than spending like £60-£100 on an M230. Haven't used one myself but they look alright and I think the reviews are good

I've seen one before IRL. Didn't have the chance to use it but the sound it made... :D

  12. +1 for PAS, they have top notch customer service and care. Crawsh, their sales assistant, is a great guy and chucked in a free bottle of 0.25s and some patches with my order when it was running late
  13. It has to be a bright colour so people cannot mistake it for a real gun. Once you are a regular attender at insured airsoft sites (at least 3 games over a 2 month period) you will be able to apply for a UKARA defense which will allow you to change the colour back and buy all black guns in the UK.
  14. The dart style BFG is blunt once assembled, the guy puts a screw where the needle is in the video... I understand about the 12g primer- although it might be hard to get enough velocity on it to detonate.
  15. Posted this on the trap thread. Might be a good idea if it can get approval from sites.
  16. Sorry for late reply, didn't see this until yesterday. Here are some pics of the join, top down: My mate gave me these with the RAS as well: Anything significant about them aside from the crushed section of the barrel nut?

    GTA 5

PS3 ovah here. Would like to see some support for ordered vehicles not arriving though, lost about a million $ of in game cash that way
  18. Not quite... using a 5.56 chambered sharpshooter rifle would decrease much possibility of collateral damage against civilians in urban ops. If you miss a target with a 7.62 and hit a wall, the projectile would penetrate relatively far (I've heard that it will go through 3 brick walls however Idk about the validity of this) whereas 5.56, which is predominantly used in built up environments, does not penetrate as far. So with the 5.56 you won't inadvertently injure or kill civilians. Sounds fairly useful to me. 5.56mm is pretty suited to the kind of ranges you'd see in most urban environments, and as well as this you'd be able to share ammunition and mags with other soldiers- this could be vital if any supply lines were cut to your force.
  19. That... That...... That...... That......... Is amazingly sexual............ Do want
  20. These bigger optics will probably be the 6x ACOG, not the disgustingly horrible telescopic style optic in the video. As the MOD are tight, they'll probably have the 6x on some sort of contract with the manufacturer which discounts bulk orders since they bought these sights for the sharpshooter rifles.
  21. Fair enough, cleared some stuff up for me lol I saw the pics from last years NAE. Quite surprised at the abundance of good 'ol DPM.
  22. I thought NAE worked on a milsim basis- if not then I have no worries about buying an AK I'll stick with my patent OD and MTP mix then.
  23. I know the kit limits for the others- but are there gun limits at all?
  24. I'm thinking of selling a crapload of stuff and going down the RK47 route for The Others. Should be fun
