CYMA is good. What ever you decide to do try and buy something that has a mostly metal body. I witenessed last weekend someone tripping over a log, then cart wheelled, following buy is nice AEG exploding into pieces all over the place. We checked upon him and he was alright but it took a while to pick up all the smashed reciever body parts. It is the first time I have seen an M4 in so many places at teh same time!

Read lots and ask questions. Do not buy the first that that jumps up at you, but hey it is your money. Go for days airsofting and meet others who will show off their toys and gear.

This charger/discharger has been serving me well over the years. Just make sure you buy a genuine one!

A decent charger will last for years, worth researching.

I have noticed that Patrol base are working alongside Taiwangun. I emailed Patrol base, which I am after something from Taiwangun. They sent me a form to complete and they will get back to me. Will see what happens, but it is a potential work around for a while.

That depends on how far you want to go with it and how deep your pocket is....

There is a small amount of creep in these springs. The spring in my scar settled and that was three years ago. The FPS has always been consistent. I think things would get worse if you had not used an AEG for many years, someone on these forums should know and give you a better answer.

The cyma CM.098 is what I have. Even out of the box standard it was pretty good, but it was not good enough so I did some work to it. Now it is sweet and fires like a flipping laser! Cyma have really upped their game in the last couple of years.

When you go airsofting, check everyone else's gear to give you some ideas. NGRS...cannot go wrong..

An 7.4 lipo would suffice if that is what you are after or a 9.6v battery will fit. Check if you have a Deans or Tamiya connector for your AEG.

With the pistol magazines it might be a matter of finding a flat screw headed screw driver and tighten the valve first. If that does not work you might need to remove the valves and magazine plate and check the seals. If the seals look worn, just take them to a hardware store and get them replaced. With the Moscarts, replace the seals and also give everything a good clean.

Why have a TM scar if you don't mind losing the bolt stop function? Buy more TM magazines?

I'm going for multicam tropic, doe summer time use. I am still thinking of sticking with what has worked in the past (ops mulitcam gear - still very good condition after a couple of years airsofting). I am testing the waters really, but will more than likely stick with Ur-tactical. I am surprised by the other brands as I still have my old TMC plate carrier which is ten years old and solid. I did by off ebay an Emerson multicam tropic silencer sleeve, three weeks ago for my SR25 and that looked wlll made and still intact after last Sundays airsofting. @Lozart Were you at Red Alert last Sunday?
