    Its been a while: This is the beta project/magpul AK i engraved magpul/pts trades onto a while ago. I've never posted it as i never thought it was anything special but here she is. I also changed the Scar-L around a bit. I really regret selling my peq15 laser box, suppressor and Element M910A Q5 grip light thingy to fund my high speed internals because it would look gorgeous now. But after skirmishing it im really happy how well i perform with the configuration in CQB. Apologies for the shite camera quality, gotta love them iphones....

      Probably not, james- the kit holes and daft antics where she runs about and gets separated from her squad, as well as that helicopter fiasco would probably land her in a pile of sh*t in the real world.

    been pissing around with my scar and some spare accessories and im actually very happy with how it has tuned out... pictures to follow...

    Oh dear, this could be a problem, the screw adjusts the motor height, this alters how much contact the pinion gear has with the gear inside the gearbox, if you tighten too much, the pinion goes too far into the gear, if you loosen it too much, it wont be in contact with the gear much if not at all.

      Not necessarily- last time I was at Gatwick there was barely anyone on the way to the gates, and this was in holiday season- but this isn't worth arguing over :)

    First off, this is NOT a thread asking for advice on a new gun i want. I would just like to hear everyone's opinions on what you personally believe to be the best AEG, HPA or GBBR for around the price of £1000. Whether its out of the box or built from scratch. As long as they are not PTW/CTW/DTW's.

    I would Personally say a 9.9V LiFePO4 Battery, theyre newer technology and have many advantages to lipos, you dont have to be so... 'Careful' witht hem as you have to be with lipo's, Theyre also a slightly lower voltage than the 11v Lipos so it wont shred your gearbox up! Another thing i would look at doing is reshimming your gears and correcting your angle of engagement as best as you possibly can!

    DE are good and cheap but there are 0 replacement/upgrade parts available anywhere and they arent the amazing quality TM are.
