    All the valves need an o-ring, that's what stops the gas escaping. No o-ring, lot's of issues.

    A bit of dirt might have got inside the gearbox and inbetween the trigger contacts OR the fire selector. May be worth opening it up.

      I beleive the main difference is the upper receiver. 416 should be higher. You wont be able to add a 416 rail to that gaurder receiver as it wont line up

      thought you made the lipo jump a while back.

      Often lipo's are quite cool compared to old nimah's charging I found
