Have you ever moved your buffer tube before? Have you removed the buffer and spring, are they in good condition and slide freely down the buffer tube? Also the buffer bumper/plunger. What FPS is it shooting at? Is the piston seal in good order / lightly silicone greased?

Not a probelm, Itll work harden over time, more powerful gas will beat it a little harder mind. This is prob the worst bit about a lot of 'lightweight' ally bolts, they get mashed to hell.

Not a chest reg exactly but the Tactical Tailor MAV 2 are great bits of kit, especially if you get the additional optional yoke. As above running balanced weight on the back, I.E. hydro really helps. Otherwise run 4 mags and a bottle of gas / BBs.

A loose loop around the stock is usually the ticket, it can move/rotate freely when you dip the back of the rifle down to transition. So you only need a front sling mounted behind your foregrip/barrel hold to stop tangling

Have you lost the hop wheel detent spring? Or has it failed / got silly weak? Due to the design of the MWS hop system the only way it should be able to reset the hop setting would be if something were rubbing the hop adjust wheel, is the nozzle / BCG clearing it ok? Fitment is the plague of aftermarket parts, its worth spending time with wet&dry paper making the nozzle move freely without lube, any kind of binding affects BB loading/nozzle seating/nozzle retraction/gas efficiency. The Whold is simply to big to fit inside the MWS hop unit, so it gets deformed when the hop unit is together.

Barrel length is more about power with GBB, so base the length on your required power in combination with an NPAS type. Id definitely go for 6.03/6.05 everyday over 6.01 for accuracy. The PDI bucking (which I love) does not work in the MWS hop unit. You want to be running 0.36 or more in a DMR power MWS.

Use a hot air gun to warm the fasteners, this will soften the loctite making for a much easier job 👍
