To be fair, I saw it at about quarter to midnight last week and didn't even mean to click onto it! I tried to type to come to here, ended up on prefired and in my sleepiness clicked the top advert instead of the website box and then was immediately wide awake when I saw it 😂 I was convinced it was a scam right up until I had the box opened and it was sitting in there...!

I bought a pre owned WE L85A2 and it's had the UGL fitted. I have back issues and so the UGL is a little too unwieldy for me so I'm going to fit my MB DD Rail, however as it came with only the UGL there's no screws for the WE adapter. I know of the obvious place for OEM WE parts (KYAirsoft), but it seems overkill to pay £15 for 2 screws. Is there anywhere over here that sells them, or if anybody knows some replacements that'll fit that aren't WE? 🙏

I had the same exact experience funny enough. The safezone was nice though, except from the 3 hour treck to the toilets!

I wonder if they'll have the filled piece under the handguard and made to the real size... I hope they are, so the A4 handguards will work with them.

My first (and last) time at Skirmish Billericay was pretty much the same experience. They asked who was new to the site, I raised my hand and they gave me a map with a bunch of numbers. Only information on said map to help was that “trees have numbers painted on them”. After being hit in the first game of the day and then being told by a marshal to move to the next area (With no directions, just called it by the name) and the map being utterly useless by the time I’d gone around most of the site to find where I was meant to be, the game had already finished. I think in total I played about ten minutes that day, before deciding to pack up and walk on at my normal site about 15 minutes away. 😂

Bought an original M16A1 stock, received a M16A2 stock. I don’t know if to be annoyed or glad.
Anybody want to swap the m16a2 stock for an m16a1 stock? 😂

Ironically the A2 stock is a LOT rarer, which is great and all but it would have been nicer to get the A1 I ordered 😂 It does give me an excuse to build a GBB M16A2 next though 👀

Sadly the previous owner has royally fecked it, there's no screw head left at all I'm going to try and drill it out tomorrow and replace it with a new screw. A few people have recommended to do so now, so seems to be a common fault

VOMZ is quite a well known for optics such as a Pilad but I've never seen a laser from them before. I did find another guy who also found one; With a different serial number. I must admit I am now also rather curious 😂

Before the “Get new CoL” (Which I need to also do) comments appear, this isn’t the ONLY issue. My L85 has a habit of shaking the selector into the middle of semi & auto, resulting in full auto. Not ideal when my regular site is semi only. I’m not sure how to go about trying to fix the selector from bouncing into the middle. No matter what I’ve tried so far, it eventually falls into the middle again. Any help greatly appreciated. IMG_5078.mov

Does anybody else start off with a solid build plan in mind, then go to look at parts and end up finding something completely different?
I planned to build a GBB MK18 out of the spares I've got, and then stumbled across some Colt Canada furniture in the green and now my mind is changed fully 😂

I have about three half assed projects on the go at any one time all because I started down one path and got distracted by another while I was researching the right parts (SR25, I'm looking at you).
Plus all the gear I bought because there's a loadout I absolutely have to do and never quite got around to finding just the right shade of tan for the compass pouch so it's been abandoned (there's a chest rig in the classifieds that will attest to this).

Just realised I have a couple of 'builds' or 'rattlecan' jobs on the go just now, the MP5 you sold me is uncaracteristically patiently waiting on a claw mount with a 3-4 month lead time, I already have the SL-20 & will get a sleave for it when the mount arrives, I have a G36C two-tone I'm planning a flecktarn style rattlecan paintjob in progress, Mk18 mod1 recently finished (was only waiting on attachments), new hop up unit ready to fit into my SL8/9 but not done it yet, C7 needing repainted coz the last one I did was crap, an M14 I'll rattlecan into a blackhawk down clone (aimpoint clone required) & thinking I should put some kit I'll prob never use up for sale in the classifieds...
Lots of plans & they'll maybe get done within the next 6 months. (never in a rush & lazy)
