    Dude, where’s your Christmas spirit? At least include a functional charging handle, correct mag release, correct ergo 2 grip, mod the buffer tube and buy a cc style lock ring from LCS for that sort of money. You could even get a dummy ambi selector and the other bits printed to make this a complete build. Just saying.

    She’s already sounding like a gem. I believe she has to give you fair notice to collect your stuff, while keeping it in fair condition. Keep any receipts as small claims will need them to award you, and she , in her wisdom will also get stuffed with the court fees too. onwards and upwards buddy.

    Has anyone got opinions on the guns modify pmag? I bought 6 brand new recently and so far I’ve had to replace the bottom gasket with a juicier oring on 2 of them. also I swear there are two different fps versions? Half seem around 270 and half seems around 305 on .25g bbs.

    It’s more likely the receiver is worn than the steel mag catch bud. Maybe this is a contender for the boneyard?

    I believe so. The colder the rubber, the harder it is, the harder it is the less effect it will have on a bb.

    It isn’t reversible. However if you just wanna play cowboy without bbs you could just take the spring and follower out temporarily. Just carefully slide the base plate off making sure to grab the spring, lower spring guide and upper follower amp put somewhere safe and dry fire all you want.

    Yeah. And there are plenty source pics around of SAS & Royal Marines using L119 a1 rifles, longs and shorts. Maybe check some out before falsely claiming your Ares Amoeba is one? I’d hate for some kid to beg his dad for a cool Christmas present and that turns up….

    @TallGobblyWobbly Again you pulled the dick move by re ordering through yer mate after they chinned you off. Most people just buy stuff then deal with it if there are issues, You were pre empting trouble and they picked up on it. if you don’t like how people operate, don’t deal with them; don’t try and make trouble for them. We need these retailers. and Again I’ve never had a problem with milspec, and when I phone them they are always helpful.

    Not a lot. They all leak eventually from the loading port. Resulting in a headache to fix. I know, I have two.

    Maybe I misunderstood bud, but I’m pretty sure my l119a1 traded receiver was a G&p with tabs cus they chipped and broke. Or do you mean lugs for a body pin? I see now. Duh.

( stanags belong to my A1) I’ve spent a lot of time acquiring the cool bits, this is a proper impression rif, not just an m4 with a cool rail!!! the lower, trigger box, bolt and buffer tube are basically new- one game day played using these parts. The bolt has had an angry gun adjustable valve put in, replacing the stock valve, and is set at around 290 on .25g bbs, using Nuprol 3.0. great skirmish gun, this has been my cqb rif of choice. Most of the parts are probably less than a year old. I’m gonna miss it but I’ve been really naughty since I got my insurance payout (lol)!! looking for 410 posted or 380 collected. PayPal only. for another 45 you can have an angry gun suppressor and correct 216 flash hider. this is such a cool rif, recoil is proper crisp. You know you want it!
