I never said it wasn't my perception. Are people not allowed to point out where an organisation isn't following it's own rules and ask questions now? Questions which others may also have. But that's exactly what you did. But a simple phone call is usually all that's needed, if that doesn't work then by all means, take it to to e mails. Perhaps you can use this as a lesson not to make assumptions and jump to incorrect conclusions in future

That's a common thing and not just in airsoft. I suggest in future phoning the shop in question rather than taking to forums to make threads like this

Have you checked the junk/spam folder of your e mail? I've had it before where an order confirmation e mail has gone to my inbox but follow up ones have gone to the junk folder

99.9% of the time prices go up over time not down so they're either talking out of their arse or know they were ripped off and so are trying to do the same to whoever buys it. Either way I'd walk away
