  1. Looking at his other ads I think his MO is to want stupid money
  2. Nothing to worry about there, I've been running most of my AEGs with 11.1v batteries and no mosfet for years with no problems
  3. Welcome back. For sites have a look here. https://playairsoft.uk/map
  4. Ridiculous prices like that are the reason I don't even bother with ebay anymore.
  5. It would annoy me too. If they didn't mention that what else have they "forgotten" to tell?
  6. As @M1LAN has been back but hasn't responded to the thread I'm going to assume he's embarrassed that their internet hard man act didn't work
  7. You're clearly perfectly capable of doing that yourself. Don't expect much help with that attitude
  8. If that happens then you have my permission to give me a slap
  9. My parts arrived today so now I just need to get the tank filled before fitting it all together. Thanks, that gives me an idea of where to start when setting the power level
  10. What a theiving little shit. Is it wrong that part of me is hoping his does something stupid with it and meets the business end of the local ARU's G36s?
  11. Well that was 2 minutes wasted. It would be nice if they actually showed us something useful in a video for once, rather than focusing on the Sonny Quinn from wish.com
  12. Thanks but Hertfordshire to Scotland is a bit too much of a commute😁 I know most sites can fill them but I know a few can't so I just want other options
  13. Balystik tank, regulator, line and valve to fit my GE shotgun. Now I just have to find somewhere local who can fill it, incase sites are unable to
  14. I thought the LEGAL limit for semi auto and bolt action rifs is 2.5j (approx 520fos with a .2g bb)
  15. If a police force were to purchase airsoft guns for training wouldn't they deliberately buy 2 tones to make sure they couldn't be mistaken for the real thing?
  16. I finally managed to get back to South Herts Airsoft today. Arriving in the morning is when the only negatives happened, first I'd forgotten my BFG reloading tool and then I reaised I lwas almost out of green gas. Unfortunately so was the on site shop. This wasn't so much of a problem though as with the low temperature, and the site being woodland, I wasn't expecting to use the pistol or shotgun much. Numbers were low at just under 20 people, but with it being a small site this wasn't a problem as I could choose whether I wanted to go loud or try some sneaky shenanigans. We played a variety of games including capture the flag (including one version with a twist where a third team with limited lives started defending the flag), king of the hill, escort the VIP and others. Gameplay was excellent with nobody complaining about hit taking or overkill, just happy faces around. The way airsoft should be. If you're near Hertfordshire I definitely recommend paying them a visit
  17. Fair enough, but my point was that if the OP can't be arsed to attend 3 airsoft games they probably won't want to join a reenactment group either
  18. I get the feeling that if the OP doesn't want to play airsoft they're probably not going to be interested in reenactment either, especially if they have to pay an annual subscription
  19. That's what I'm hoping as I'm thinking of converting my SL8 to a DMR and fit a HPA engine
  20. I'm a firm believer in players trying sites out for themselves. I've had great days at sites which I've been told are crap and vice versa
  21. I'd be up for this if I wasn't working that day. Personally I like games with ammo limits as it forces players to think about what they're doing rather than just hosing every bush they can see in the hope that they hit something
