Could be quite interesting, but as @Samurai says, it could become quite stale, quite quickly for regular players if the layout is too fixed.

@Enid_PuceflangeI doubt that the venue will play out 'tactically' once the Speedsofters arrive.

My perfect CQB site would be fully modular (wooden buildings on industrial castors) to change the layout, low cap mags only (to reduce the trigger spamming)  and separate game days altogether for speedsoft.

I'd run it stock and see what it's like as is, then look to upgrade where performance possibly lacks.
As far the parts you've listed already; I'd consider a zci over the promy, significantly cheaper not significantly less quality.
I don't bother with maxx hop units, they can be very good but of late I haven't had much success with over zci rotary units.
Spring for any need fps changes but do it after the rubber change, as there's no point in changing a spring if your air seal improves and you gain fps there.
I've also had great success lately with adding perun mosfets and leaving stock motors in place, running precock with a short stroke gear so I'd play it by ear.

I don't care if it even works, it's a gloriously bold and daft idea and for that alone I love it.

The baofeng radios are cheap and work really well, although they aren't strictly speaking legal without a license due to output power, but you'll always find people using them.

Last time I played anzio, back end of last year, chrono was there for players to go through just after site opened and they trust players to go through it, as they do regularly grab people going through to the safe zone post game and there was a roaming chrono too, for random testing. It was covered in the brief, regards to passing first thing in the morning then later failing in that you would be allowed to change or take the rif from play.

With more info its a little hard to make any suggestions, but as a quick suggestion when it comes to the mapleleaf rubbers the omega nub can be a little too hard for some setups but ak2m4 had some omega nubs that were a softer durometer giving more sensitivity to the hop adjustment

I'd suggest it's almost there with what's been done.
Personally I wouldn't have gone for the titan as the perun units and the stock etu work really well.
I'd suggest if you want to change something swap the barrel for a zci stainless steel tight bore. If memory serves the mbr variant inner barrel is 407mm and works well with the stock cylinder volume, though you need a outer barrel extension to cover it.

I have the tr16 308 mbr, which I think is a 14.5" outer barrel which covers very nearly all of the 407mm inner.

We have all suffered through covid, the site owner is no exception, but they aren't going about recovery if that is how they treat folk who choose to play at the site.
Anyone who has decent leasure retail experience will tell you its not the one-offs that grow a business, its the repeat client. Once they go then things get very tricky.
I know, as I'm sure others here do, that as self employed folk things are as hard now as ever as we have had to dip into savings, cut back, find cost saving where we can to survive.
Slapping the faces of locals and regulars isn't the way to do it.

As you have changed the barrel I'd start by checking the air seal of the hop rubber to the barrel and into the hop unit. If any seals a bleeding air then you'll be dropping the fps. Then ehen you reassemble make sure the barrel and hop unit are pushing back to seat on the nozzle correctly.

I've found the pts epg variety of grips comfy after coming from the g&g contoured grip on m4 platforms.
As a quick fix I found a wrapped of material tape and a glock grip sleeve worked well on my g36 as I found that grip too shallow, front to back.

I'd suggest negative airaoft too, but the mp9 is fairly straight forward, there is also an assembly video from negative airsoft if I remember correctly.
I seem to remember only one screw needs undoing then the buffer rod needs pressing and the rest then it comes apart.

Do as speedbird suggests, bucket of salt water will discharge them completely over time.

    Option 2.
Take them outside and hit them with an axe.

Like you I have an smg (mp9) on a single point and retention clip setup. The single point I use is the ops  plate carrier sling, which I got from hueys. Its been really good, flexible setups and quick to release and shorten when needed.
