We do have youngsters playing at our site too as a matter of fact. I think the youngest is 8 (my mates kid as a matter of fact). He was on our team (of course) and he famously held off a flag capture point single handed. Although he was shooting at anything that moved regardless of which side they were on. The point is he had all the proper protection as us big boys use and he enjoyed his day. Oh he did lose a mag or two and some how managed to lose a slide of a pistol but that’s nothing in the big scheme of things. Well not to him anyway. He’s dad thought otherwise! Lol

One of the games we play at my local is a strict semi only game. There’s no restriction on the amount of ammo you can use but it sure as hell changes the dynamics and it makes you think more about tactics etc.

That tracer unit looks a tad off to me unless it’s just the pics? It seems to be angled a wee bit downwards? But tracer aside do the co2 capsules work well in the mags or will you be switching over to normal gas mags?

People pay for the ‘magic’. The polished gearbox. The perfect air seal. The fact the gun will hit bang on 350fps.... But seriously, There will be many people who don’t have a clue about how to upgrade a gun or are afraid to do it in case they cock it up. I understand why the market is there. It’s simply coz there is a demand for it. We should never ridicule anyone whose gone down that route. I’m an example. I know my way around a next generation recoil gearbox with my eyes closed. But I can’t solder to save my life (fitting a Gate Titan and doing the soldering in this case). So I asked KoA to work on one well two of my guns as I wanted to see how a professional tech would do it. I’ve got the T-Shirt. Simple as that. Will I sell those guns? Hell no! I’ll never get my investment back. But I know they rock and that’s all that matters. And looks over performance. That’s an easy one. If I can hit a speed softer between the eyes it’s all rock n roll. 😂

Sorry to hear abut your arm dude.....that sucks! Hope it aint too bad.....? This is a beauty thats for sure....the AG rail does look nice...! The question is what is the perceived value... It's like buying a new car, as soon as you drive it off the forecourt then wallop! Base Gun say £480 AG Rail say £110 Total £590 @ 65% rule = £383. Now this is assuming you consider that driving off the forecourt hit of 35% fair. You can argue as this is new then say a 30% reduction is fair so £413...... Obviously you need to factor in a cost for removing the original parts too... So that's basically the SOPMOD rail... I'd say another £50 off for that? The clone stock and mags I won't factor in as likely they can be flogged off separately......If you still have the original stock then shove it back on.... My 2 cents.......

Actually there is some method to this madness... I know if I buy a used RIF I'd always prefer having the original box too... it just makes the whole transaction better... now a tatty box may even be a deal breaker for some people... Also, in the world of collectibles especially things like Hot Toys having an original box is all part of the whole experience and actually adds to the value of the item..... Then there is a whole conversation about brown shipper boxes.... I'm not even gonna open that can of worms!!!!

Better to get a M4A1 or CQBR and then stick a madbull MK18 rail on it. The TM one you can’t get the rail off easily as you need a special tool which no one seems to make yet.

What are you thoughts on it? Size, power, performance etc?

Yeah that two tone just doesn’t flow. An all black affair would look better unless you camo tape the hell out of it??? The HPA bit interests me just from a technology perspective. Are out of the box mags not available or do you have to tap the mags yourself? Are there risks involved if you tap wrongly. And finally can the standard gun take the rigours of HPA?

A friend of mine picked up a TM next gen G36. It’s totally ‘plastic’ and he just likes the look and feel of it. Nostalgic is the word he used. It has an old school vibe to it according to him. I don’t think they are popular to buy to use anymore. That time has passed. However even at my place we use G36’s as rentals. They are just robust I guess.

I’ve just seen what a new one looks like and damn he’s really butchered it. The asking price is way too much considering. I don’t think a 60% rule applies here 😳 Maybe the butchering% rule? 😂

The price ain’t the issue with this one as the pistol is cheap in the first place. However it’s that so called minor modification done to the receiver to fit a suppressor. I was watching 6 days the other day on Netflix. It’s the story of the siege of the Iranian Embassy and of course the SAS storming it. It’s full of MP5 porn. That gun is just so iconic! I do miss the TW5. That Systema model was the dogs danglies.
