Well I got my mitts on this little beauty a few days ago.. Just wanted a CQB version of my 417! I added a tan Delta stock and the Magpul RVG just to see what the colour contrast looks like.. Think I'll just stick to all black furniture as I'm not sure about mixing up tan and black together.... The sights are Troy...

You can actually use rubbing alcohol to take the paint off? I never thought of doing that! Will it not affect the original paintwork or the plastic grip or the plastic stock?

After watching the Will Smith Aladdin movie last night on Disney, I got my TM Gen 3 out and started to rub it in a manner in which it shouldn't be rubbed in the hope that it would turn into a Gen 4. Believe you me when I say this, one a moment it did... but then I could have just imagined it due to the fact my hands were getting a tad hot... You just can't make this sh#t up can you lol...

My update is a tad less exciting than @SeniorSpaz87's update lol... suffice to say I may have just pulled the trigger on yet another TM recoil but this time a 416D.. I figured I'd just add a suppressor (already have), a vertical grip (already have) and a delta stock (need to find someone selling one) and voila I have a DEVGRU.. (blame Seal Team on SKY....meh)

£450 would still be too much... if you go on the so called 60% rule for 2nd hand kit.... you can argue that it's 'newish' and so a seller will want close to rrp as possible but its still 2nd hand... I'd be looking to pay around £390 for that bundle.... but in all honesty I'd only want the gun itself so £330-£350 based on 60% of the new value..

Is it just me or is that one ugly looking whatever it is....
