  1. Yes, what could better for a new player than a heavy GBBR and a broken boltie.... Anyway, as someone who is massively slimming down their collection of guns and gear, my advice would be that you're going to have to split, list separately and post items. Someone turning up and giving you a large amount of money to clear it from your house sounds fantasticly cathartic, but not realistic. The only way you're likely to ever sell it all together is if you're willing to take pennies on the pound and pass it on to a reseller. £800 ain't that kinda price for what you've got. Edit: Sorry that you're going through tough times. My advice stands though, even if I was in front of you, I'd give you max £250 for the GBBR, no more than £70 for the pistol and tell you to keep the broken boltie as a wall-hanger, then do you a favour by taking the other bits. I really think you're going to be waiting forever at anywhere near £800.
  2. Does anyone know of any rigid active retentions for compact 1911 RIF's? Struggling to find a decent option for my Tokyo Marui V10.
  3. Long time! How are we all doing? Purely in terms of springs (I'm using the stock bolt), what do we think the formula for best gas efficiency (ie not ROF or trigger speed of semi shots). I'm not entirely convinced a stronger recoil spring is the way to go, so was going to short-stroke the stock one. However what's the function of the nozzle spring? Or rather, how would it affect gas usage?

After purchasing one, I was so impressed I picked-up another three kits. Two were installed in guns I've since sold. I have one kit left, comprising of a uniquely styled and high quality hop rubber and inner barrel, this kit is a must have for anyone wanting to maximise the range of their P-09, by hopping heavy ammo far and true. I'm not particularly good at teching but found them easy to install. However I cannot take responsibility for damage or poor performance caused by any mistakes the buyer makes doing this. Stated price is all incl', to your door (mainland UK only). Please drop me a PM if you have any questions.

Where to start with this one! I took a brand new AAP-01, added a CTM flat adjustable trigger, CTM lower in ranger green, a special raised sight suppressor adapter (can be used for tracers too) and mock suppressor. Only even considering selling as I rarely play these days. This hasn't been skirmished and looking over it, it's in excellent all-round condition, just a slight bit of fowling around one of the pin holes (as pictured). Stated price includes PayPal fees and trackable postage/courier. Please PM any questions as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.

I picked this up not too long ago, changed the hop unit for a Novritsch rotary style, added a maple leaf macaron and omega nub, put a new spring in it to bring the power up and haven't fielded it yet. I Love the ergonomics, it's light and compact but IMO would be fine in woodland. The body is high quality polymer and the handguard is metal. Features: - Mid-capa 130 rds polymer magazine - Reinforced aluminum gearbox cover - Quick spring change - Spring guide with bearings - Aluminum ventilated cylinder - Reinforced metal piston with a slide - Steel spring, velocity: 320-330 FPS - Reinforced 8 mm bearings - Steel gear set - Switch set with metal connectors, better conductivity and thermal resistance - 6.03 mm precision inner barrel - Motor 16000 rpm - Collapsible rear sight Specifications Length: 750mm Weight: 2.0000 kg Magazine Capacity: 130rd Muzzle Velocity: ~330 fps Powered by: Battery System: AEG Major Colour: Black Bullet Type: 6mm BB Stated price includes PayPal fees and Parcelforce 48hr. 9. I can't remember, what's the reason we can't delete old ads?
  10. I'm just glad we have real Gunsmiths like him, to show those amateurs at Tokyo Marui, the right way to build a plastic pistol.
  11. I don't comment much on here anymore but as someone who's built and sold many Glocks at a massive loss, this did leave me chuckling at the gall of this ad. His breakdown of costs actually includes a £65 labour charge (that he's invoiced himself!?). Then he's asking for the total new price + "labour" + £20 postage. Why didn't I think of this when I sold this one which had a Guarder aluminium slide, steel outer barrel, nylon fibre frame, metal piston head, 150% recoil spring, uprated hammer spring, Flamingo bucking and Guarder lightweight mag for £175 posted!? 🤔 Also don't get me wrong, the Gen.3 is still a solid platform but if he wants even half of what he's asking (plus billing this as a "sleeper build"), then he really should have based it on a Gen.4. Possibly he's not bothered about selling it, which is good because the chances of it going for anymore than about a third of what he's asking, are slim.

I picked this up recently but changed my mind, so it was never installed. Seems decent quality. As per the photos it's also adorned with Knights Armament trades. From what I understand it should fit most M4 style RIF's but compatibility and installation would be entirely on the buyer. Only what you see in the pics is included, I am unable to assist if you need additional parts for it to fit. Stated price includes PayPal fees and trackable courier. 13. Quite a few guns, the AAP-01 being a prime example need the hop set in order to feed well. I would fully expect an AAP with no hop applied to just roll BB's out of the barrel. There are so many people who've sent their AAP's back as not working due to this, that many websites now clearly state it. Also bear in mind that it's now the kind of temperature outside, that gas pistol performance is going to be significantly affected by prolonged use.

I'm listing "As New" because this hasn't been skirmished. I took it to a site as a backup and chronoed it, but didn't end up using it. Since then I've been playing less and less. Some minor rubbing marks present, but nothing more than you'd get from attaching it to a sling and moving about a bit etc. This is the metal version and I think it's a great balance between being lightweight and sturdy. I won't list all of the features, but it does have a quick change spring and I've used this to add a couple of FPS adjusters to bring it to a solid 1.05J when hop is set for 0.28's. If you apply more hop for heavier BB's that may go down, if you reduce hop for lighter it may go up. Either way, the QC spring allows you to easily find the right power for your requirements. Package Summary: Metal SSR4 - £290 Spare Mag - £15 QD Sling - £20 FPS Adjuster Rings - £5 Iron Sights (not pictured) - £20 Total = £350 (not including delivery etc) I can supply more photos or send a shooting video to serious potential buyers. 4 x 7.4V T-Plug (Deans) 3000mAh Stick Li-Ion Batteries. I don't think I've even used these in a skirmish and they were purchased fairly recently. Excellent batteries but surplus to requirements. Talk about a head turner! This is in near box fresh condition, as it's not even been a wall-hanger but kept in a foam case in a cupboard. Unlike the TM version, this is full-metal and has a full travel slide too. In my testing it's also been more powerful, right up at the limit around 350fps on a 0.20g. As always FPS/joules on GBB's depends on temperature and gas etc. Also to note, this is not the weird CO2 full-auto version, but takes WE made green gas mags. Needless to say this is perhaps the heaviest pistol around, but definitely skirmishable in the right conditions. Only letting it go as I'm reducing my collection. Stated price includes PayPal fees and a tracked courier. Please PM any questions, as I don't get notifications of anything added to the listing.

  17. I haven't had one of their pistols, but I purchased a Glock 19 & Glock 17 mag made by them and neither would fit in my TM G19 Gen.3 or TM G17 Gen.4. The grooves weren't wide enough for the TM mag release. Weirdly the 17 mag fitted fine in my TM G17 Gen.3. Overall the quality of it was lower than TM or even WE. I would say the closest comparison would be Army Armament. Also, my understanding is that it's mostly the RIF's purchased from Asia that have trades and the ones with UK retailers, don't. I could of course be mistaken by that.
  18. 15c is certainly getting on the cooler side for GBB's, especially if you're out all-day using it. Initially it sounds like it's just that bit too cold for the gas to bring the bolt back far enough to load a BB. The big drop in power also demonstrates it's suffering negative affects of the ambient temperature.
  19. a possible culprit and easiest check would be the hop rubber and nub - ie make sure they're intact and fitted correctly.

**Price now includes a black lightweight Guarder Mag** This one was put together with the aim of having a simple and realistic sidearm, combining the quality of Marui internals with realism of Guarder externals. I've not skirmished it but marks do occur, especially on the outer barrel just from racking the slide. Although in my opinion this just makes it look more like the real thing. For anyone who's held a real gun, you'll know they're often no-where near as pretty as a brand new out of the box Airsoft replica. Original slide, frame and outer barrel not included. Guarder parts included: CNC Aluminium Slide (Setup to take RS style sights) Steel Outer Barrel Fully Trademarked Nylon Fibre Frame (Euro version) 150% Recoil Spring Hammer Spring Other parts: CNC Copper Piston Head Stated price includes PayPal fees and tracked courier. Please PM any questions, I usually respond quite quickly. I can usually post within two working days, if it looks like I'll be unable to fulfil this, I will update you accordingly. Please do not chase before then.

  21. I've been both solo and with others. The only real difference is having a bit of a chat before the game. There's no formation or even team tactics once you're out there, so you often lose sight of the people you've come with anyway.
  22. You appear to be missing a barrel 🤔 Can you get pics of the inside of your slide and frame?
  23. This is what I Loved about my TM MP7, it never even vented the smallest amount.
  24. I might have missed it, but is this based on a TM Glock 17 Gen.3?
  25. So you fell like a double-mug when they don't call it? 😄
