I don't want to be a Negative Nancy but you're the one who posted non airsoft stuff on an airsoft thread, so.... Any hearing pro for the dog? Also is there any ecological benefit to "hunting" rabbits and pigeons in a field, or is it just for kicks?
-
I can't imagine anything that would take you to £3k's worth of upgrades. I had a "fully upgraded" SCAR NGR's with a Titan, Prometheus Gears, inner barrel....basically all that was left TM was the body, hop unit and trigger. That brought it up to a £1200 build (including cost of the RIF). I've just double-checked and Eagle 6 will sell you a brand new, maxed out 416 for £1450. Anyway, I sold mine for £590. Bearing in mind I was the first owner and could list all the parts, plus demonstrate the work had been done by one of the leading NGRS techs. None of which applies in your case, so I certainly don't think you'd be "selling yourself short" if you were even in the same ballpark. Especially as people are staring to realise a "Fully Upgraded" NGRS does little more than a RIF costing a quarter of the price. There's nothing stopping you listing it for something like £500 and then you can drop as your need to sell increases.

Recently upgraded by Luke at Negative Airsoft. It was built to be a reliable, low stressed back-up gun. As such it's locked (on the Perun) to semi and in its current iteration shooting very consistently at just a smidge under 310FPS (on a 0.20g with the hop off). Also, it's worth noting that due to the ASG Ultimate Gearbox casing, this no-longer has a quick change spring, on the plus side it's much higher quality than the stock one. Externally it's stock (apart from the pistol grip) but internally it's a combination of Novritsch, CYMA Platinum and Negative Airsoft parts inside an ASG Ultimate gearbox casing, with a Perun Hybrid fitted....oh and of course a 50 degree Maple Leaf Macaron with omega style nub, because they're the best! It sounds really clean and is snappy even on a 7.4V. I really do think the overall size, weight and ergonomics of the rifle, make it perfect for a mixture of woodland and closer engagements. Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.£250

There's definitely a direct correlation between not knowing the history of a RIF and taking a photo of it on your duvet.
-
Yes a BB could definitely get through the M-Lok slots but of course more likely straight down the centre of the handguard, which is wide open. It's a shame, I only tested it briefly in the garden but it sounds really "clean" - like it's well shimmed etc out of the box. Also there was zero FPS drop when I set the hop for 0.28's, unlike some of my other AEG's which can lose loads. This is the A2 variant which has an M4 mag adapter pre-installed, but does anyone know if G36 mags fit in M4 mag pouches?
-
Not as far as I can see...call me weird but I think there's a chance I might point it down at some point, haha. Not my style.
-
Surely I'm not supposed to skirmish it with the battery sitting in an open handguard like this!? 🤔

Possibly some of the Armorer Works Hi Capa's, I have UKARA and even I was tempted by one of these: https://www.defconairsoft.co.uk/product/armorer-works-custom-hi-capa-gbbp-full-blue-slide-red-barrel-aw-hx1105/ It's all subjective of course.

As I continue to trim down my collection and focus more on pieces I'm actually going to field, I've decided to move on this stunning unskirmished piece. A standard Armorer Works NE1001 will cost you around £185 delivered, from memory when I picked this up it was close to £300 including delivery and import duty and I've probably only ran 2 - 3 mags through it in the couple of months it's been in my possession. Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.£185

I've just remembered these are a thing, they were seeming a fairly popular RIF at one point (maybe 4-5 years ago?). Now I never even hear anyone mention them. Any owners on the board still enjoying theirs?

It's only been two days, are we really so entitled now? Have you tried calling them?

I picked this up recently but changed my mind, so it was never installed. Seems decent quality with several parts being steel (dust cover, selector, bolt release, body pin etc). As per the photos it's also adorned with nicely engraved Knights Armament Stoner Rifle markings. From what I understand it should fit most M4 style RIF's but compatibility and installation would be entirely on the buyer. I also have a 10" handguard with Knights markings and a KAC style flash hider for sale, if someone is looking to kit their M4 out fully. Stated price includes PayPal fees and trackable courier. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything asked on the ad.£75

As I continue to trim down my collection and focus more on pieces I'm actually going to field, I've decided to move on this stunning unskirmished piece. This is the original WE version, with a custom workshop adding the trademarks. Cybergun have since officially licensed them, they probably still come from the same place, but I dunno maybe buying this version makes you feel like you're getting one over on big corporations? Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.£100

All jokes aside about that one (broken gun definitely not worth £1100), the picture of him with it is at Dogtag Airsoft in Crawley. So collection from Croydon (although Lahore is probably safer 😄) seems legit. Those location maps on the ads never seem accurate, I'm not sure why you'd want it to pinpoint where you are!?
-
It's not the firmest. Annoyingly I've got both the Maple Leaf and Guarder Hop units and neither quite fit. Don't get me wrong, even stock it'll hop a 0.20 25M, which realistically is fine for most pistol type situations.
-
At the very least I'd recommend the newer "Cybergun" (Armorer Works). Unlike the KWC version you can get gas mags and fill them with powerful gas in the winter. The hop arm is made of something akin to tin foil though, so you'll need to play around with various options to get it to do what you want. This is the one I went for: https://www.bullseyecountrysport.co.uk/cybergun-armorer-works-colt-1911-full-trademarks-2020-ver-airsoft-pistol-co2-version-41065-p.asp
-
Is it the KWC or newer Armorer Works one? I've had both and while they look the part and felt great in the hand, performance was somewhat lack-luster and the CO2 mags will leak sooner rather than later. Like anything though, depends on your expectations/requirements? Are you after a CQBeast or just a belt trinket?

Lightly used and currently gas tight (I will record a video proving this prior to packing). However I can't take responsibility for a leak developing during transit. Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.£22

They see it as giving more ground to people who aren't really seeking gun registration, but whose end goal is eventually banning all private firearm ownership.

Appreciate you taking it in the good humour it was intended.

Rate your sidearm? I think you have us confused with Reddit.

Why would they need to be two toned to skirmish with?
