    I own an STF-12 it’s cheap fun, creaky and what you would expect for the money. Reasonably accurate range of say 20-25 meters I have held, cocked and tried to bend the TM Spas, but haven’t played with one. Needless to say it feels far superior to the touch and even if it has 50% of the usual Marui fairy dust in it, that’s where I would throw my money especially keeping resale % value in mind for when you get bored of it .

    There are two which are relatively easy to get to...... Enemy Down (a bus will drop you right at its gate on the a71 - just past Herriot Watt uni) Battle Zone which is near south queensferry, closer to kirkliston ( well served for buses)

    I must admit, I bought my Fabarm STF 12 on a whim and wasn’t overly impressed when I took it out in the back garden for my first few shots through it I built up the courage to take it out for a game about 6 months after I got it , and being used to the speed and relative accuracy of my AEG’s I was a bit nervous. Using the springer is certainly great fun and getting a kill does feel much more of an achievement, more tactic, more sneaking around!! I fully intend to get some use of it this year when we get back out👍 Bloody good fun & who doesn’t love the pumping action of a shotgun 😎

    I wonder if there is a correlation between the polished bbs and the “rougher” bbs in accuracy Keeping in mind Golf balls are dimpled to increase to effect of spin and purchase in the air etc (grip so to say)

    I have recently done similar to my Mk23 Standard length CJ barrel Flamingo 50deg hop Hadron tdc & H key Hitting 260 FPS with .2’s now hop adjusted for .4’s Hitting quite accurately at 60m, hitting a human sized target 70% of the time at 70m But chucking them 80m
