The night game option sounds reasonable. While the location your refering to may have services until midnight, that won't cover all connecting areas, many parts of Kent are almost inaccessible after 8pm, not without a lot of aggro .

Bunker 51 has a captive audience in a very large heavily populated catchment area, & is supported by an immense public transport system.........you could literally run games there at midnight & people would have no problems attending, I doubt the same could be said of ANY towns in Kent, personally I wouldn't travel for an hour or more for just four hours of gameplay at £30, no matter how short your briefing or how fast the turnaround between games. I realise your overheads so far have been astronomical, but your not going to recoup them with your only real selling point being "it's cqb innit". IMHO, maybe it's just me ?

That's why Jokers like him advertise on the slightly more obscure sites, & not places like AFUK, they know they're taking the piss & will get outed for it, even zin won't let you " question" members prices, quickly deleting posts if you do 😡

This is why I avoid certain sites in the winter, slipping & sliding all over the place equals injuries that then affect the weekday workdays.

For the money that's awesome, end of the day if it shoots straight & is an ok FPS, 280+ish, then it's doing what many sometimes struggle to do at 3 times the price, early tavors were notorious for problems, mine included ☹️

I agree, nbb ftw, all very well for the client to insist on what he wants, but just because he's seen it in a cartoon ffs, doesn't make it feasible in the real world, even real steel would be easier to accomplish than airsoft, who's gonna pay for all the failed mock ups while you try to build something that goes against the laws of physics ?. Go back to him & offer him nbb or aep, even then it's like polishing a turd lol

Me too, that & black rigs for the obligatory urban loadouts. Again me too, I've owned too many camo's, & to give od its due, it's worked with all of them.

I thought that might be the case, which is why I mentioned the mk23 nbb, if that wouldn't fit then I'd look at any other nbb, something that doesn't need access to moving parts in the body, simplest fix would be to bed the pistol in to something like expanding foam in each half, tightly shrink wrap the pistol first to protect it, then it would be easy to trim back excess foam, reseat the gun & screw the two sides together, would be very solid. Obviously it's a bit more involved than I've made it sound, the shell cut out for the pistol grip, ensuring the barrel is correctly aligned etc, but it's what I'd do. While I agree, switchable fire modes etc would be neat, ultimately We're talking about a cheap & fairly fragile shell (luckily you've got two), but it's a bit like trying to make a silk purse from a pigs ear ?. Two bodies, two projects, maybe the first a "sniper" set up, a co2 nbb with an extended barrel might fit the bill, higher FPS but simplified in use, if that works out then plan for something more elaborate with the second body ?. Lol, if only everybody saw it that way 😬 The lightness I get, but looking at the pics shown, it really seems to extend a long way down, almost as if the mag doesn't actually go up in to the original magwell at all. Being a bullpup I could see that possibly snagging on pouches/straps ?. For the same reason I ditched any of the longer (450 ?) stanags I picked up in deals, felt much more awkward than the 300's in a bullpup. I'd like to see a stanag magwell insert for the Aug, when I last had one I found the extra thick ridges on the aug mags made using mag shingles a right pita .

I've got an assortment of lightweight rigs of various setups, lol justified by the fact my son & his gf now play, but recently got a small od molle satchel/grab bag, gonna try that for next game, 3 hi-caps (I only use single shot), pistol & spare mag, litre of water & chockies should do me fine.

I wanna see a Rogue Trooper kit for the Aug, but then I'll have to paint myself blue for a game 😱

I didn't know it's a copy of real steel kit, that in itself justifies making it, some players will want it for that reason alone. I wasn't poo-pooing per se, I'm more of a "build it because its then improved" kinda guy, in much the same way that I've been ditching a lot of the unnecessary kit that we feel the need to overload ourselves & our guns with (& then I see kit in the classifieds, don't need it, BUT I LIKE IT lol🤪)

I could understand it if it was a stanag converter, allowing you to switch between a number of common platforms, but longer SMG mags, don't get it either ?🤔
