  1. I think that was because they were bad for certain types of rubber used in seals. But I don't know if its still relevant since seals aren't made of rubber anymore and use synthetic compounds instead. Basically I use oil for light parts including seals or silicone grease on heavier metal to metal contact. Haven't had any issues yet...
  2. Yep 3in1 is a good oil as well as GT85 You might want a thin layer of grease which won't run everywhere. Apparently WD-40 was developed to protect missiles in underground silos from rusting 😄
  3. Duno if its good or bad but keep in mind its quite viscous and sticky. Could be worth a try but I would say normal grease would be better.
  4. You say its 15c but pic shows 20c I guess its not enough power for a hi-speed motor so you might need a 25c battery. With the MOSFET I don't think you can use 11.1v
  5. Sounds like its stalling. What spring and what battery?
  6. Its much cheaper and safer to buy from Asia than US. Most Airsoft stuff is made in Asia anyway
  7. Duno what you mean "motor randomly begins spinning" My guess is that the new motor may be a different type and throwing off the MOSFET. Depending on its TPU. Is it a high-speed or high-torque motor?
  8. NEVER look in the classifieds 🤔
  9. I'm still around 😁 Though I haven't played since before Covid either 🤣
  10. Can do 😉 Here's my Hi-Power Unfortunately I had to go over the crappy scratching done before so its a bit messy but it does look better in person.
  11. If anyone has something in mind then PM me and we'll discuss...
  12. Yeah I saw that but don't think I need it for the moment. I used Inkscape to create the file and EZCad2 as the control software as its already set up for that.
  13. Update: Just got the machine and this is my first test
  14. For smaller items like pistols I use this link to post and many areas have the option to pick up from your house. https://send.royalmail.com/send/youritem?country=GBR&format&weight=&weightUnit=G
  15. Spend some time to read the rules. All adverts need a starting price and at least one photo should contain a note with your forum name and current date.
  16. MP5 too heavy? 😲 AAP-01 with drum or 50rnd mags and a stock?
  17. I don't agree with the rules myself but I think five pages of arguing about it isn't going to help
  18. Yeah of course people can ask why but arguing about it is getting pointless
  19. This thread is getting ridiculous. Five pages or arguing must be a record. The reality is its his site and he can make whatever rules he wants. If you don't agree then don't go. End of Jeeez 🙄
  20. If you're in the the UK then either get rid of it or never show it to anyone as its illegal. If the vent is not straight through from the breech then its a film prop and can ONLY be owned with a Film/TV Armorer certificate. If the vent is straight from the breech like a normal barrel then its totally illegal and would be treated as a section 5 firearm so VERY bad to own.
  21. For those who want to EDIT an advert or DELETE old ones so you don't get further enquiries Click on 'Advert Actions' 'Hide' will remove the advert from everyone including yourself so essentially deleting it.
