If the average airsofter can tell the difference between pre modern day Russian kit and what is in use to invade Ukraine now then I'd wear that. But because I know the average airsofter wouldn't know the difference and that many modern Russian units still use kit from decades ago, I have chosen not to wear anything Russian at this time.

Flash mags are the greatest. I know there are lesser 5.45 and G36 Flash mags, but they just aren't Lonex standard. -
Hello all. I have never owned a truly quality Combat vest. Best I have is a GF Laser cut special. Part of my massive airsoft clearout is to consolidate my "crap" into "quality" I have been looking at the Invader QRB range. Mostly because I have some of their combat uniform stuff and quite like the quality of that. This vest looks to be fully featured and nicely priced considering said features. Has anyone here used them? How hot do they get whilst wearing? Any weak points? Invader Gear QRB Reaper Molle Plate Carrier Vest Lazer Cut QR Airsoft (bullseyecountrysport.co.uk) Cheers!

2x TM M9A1 Hop wheel as I keep ruining them and the ML one isn't best fit. 1x TM M9A1 Hop arm, I reckon the original one is causing the wheels to die. Too sharp. 3x Lonex 520rd AK Flash mags. -
Are you contacting people whose items are Completed or Uncompleted in the advert? You have very little footprint on the site beyond multiple wanted adverts and complaints. I would be unlikely to sell anything to you as you are very new to the sport and are unlikely to be able to prove to me that you are a regular skirmisher to want or legally be able to sell a RIF to you. Do you even have a UKARA number?

Aye. Bought the last brand new one known in the world a couple of years ago from a shop in Denmark, 90 quid! I've never used it, but being NOS for well over a decade it was not in the best of shape internally when I received it. Haven't used it in anger; It's currently in bits and will hopefully be reassembled tonight with new air seal, gearset and motor parts. Ready for its first skirmish this weekend!

Neither a full gun nor a picture. But something you'll probably never thought about or wished to see. A JLS RX4 Outer barrel getting some weight reduction on a lathe today. The JLS Outer Barrel is surprisingly made of very solid steel, as such, it is very front heavy. A buddy of mine has access to a lathe at work and shaved a few mm to cut it's weight down by a quarter. Annoyingly it is only Steel on the part of the outer barrel inside the receiver. Once it is external to the receiver they decided to epoxy a Zamac outer barrel extension to it (Which has oxidised due to age). Whyyyy?

Hello all. I have these practically unused G&P G36 Mid caps for sale. I opened them up, tested them and put them in my mag box. These are thought to be the BEST and fastest feeding traditional G36 style midcaps on the market. The mags are in great* condition, with no scratches, dings or dents*, feeds nice and strong. Frankly the best chance you will get on feeding high ROF G36 style rifles. I haven't found a G36 type rifle that these won't feed in. *Annoyingly like in all other G36 mags the side clips on some of them have broken off as they like to do on all G36 mags, bloody annoying as it only just happened when I got out of storage and unclipped them for the first time. This is the only damage they have and probably would have happened anyway! These retail at £17 each From Fire support. Will sell all 6 for £50 posted within the UK.£50

JG Sigs use Medium length motors rather then short or long types. -

Decided to put Airsoft on the back burner for a while and clear out some of my more esoteric rifles. I have gone full on AK/Russki Recently, so don't see these getting a look in anytime soon. Tokyo Marui AUG HC. Upgraded Laylax 260mm inner barrel. Includes 3 High Cap mags and one Mid Cap mag. Wired to Deans. In good condition, some marks as can be seen in photos Used for 3 Skirmishes max. I would MUCH prefer collection from my house in Dagenham/London. I can travel to you within the London area as well. I may post at buyers expense (£16 via PF48) if I have enough packing material at the time, so just message me. Very firm on price. No haggling Ta. Please see video below for proof of operation.£160

Asked a tech who used to work on these. A standard V2 should work as long as there is not too much reinforcement at the front as it's quite a tight fit.
-
Great... ...Would you like to expand on that a bit?

Cheers. It was more to put it in an order to make it worthwhile to grab a new Maple Leaf Hop Wheel for the M9, I got a couple of H Keys for the two pistols I have that dont have them yet!

So I got all the FN57 specific upgrade parts worth a damn. But I did spot this Nine ball Dyna Piston Head For M&P9/HK45/XDM-40/PX4/FN5-7 Gas BlowBack Pistol Series - Skirmshop Ireland LTD Any reason to get an upgraded Gas pistol Piston head? Is it for longevity and maximum seal? I am sure the seal I have now is fine.

Lovely bit of work that!

It's all terribly exciting right now. I now have all the constituent parts for a sleeper FN57. Basically all the FN57 specific upgrades, already got the non threaded non screwing up outer barrel. Now acquired Guarder Gen 2 slide and frame. The upgraded Hammer and recoil springs, specific inner barrel upgrade etc. Nice to get the Strike Warrior back up and running with a grip safety that's not split in half. I am seriously contemplating buying a second FN57, boneyard or otherwise and do a stupid build that won't fit in any holster. -
It was a standard walk on day. Most sites have a rule saying you cant shoot through something smaller then an A4 sheet of paper. Also many sites don't allow people to shoot with guns over their head. The thing is you're bringing up points that really have no bearing on this specific situation and only replying with a bit of "Whataboutery?". Some people say Airsoft is either supposed to be playing it as it's own sport and not following any traditional ideas of how a rifle would be used in real life, OR going full milsim and only playing with low caps. The right thing for me is somewhere around the middle, making play immersive but fun for the majority at the same time. I would hazard a guess that what the guy was doing in my scenario may not be against the rules of some sites, but is not the norm and is certainly going against the spirit of the game. I would like to think most people would agree with me. But I couldn't speak for them.

I never said it was necessarily a safety issue, but imagine if everyone did the same thing? I dont think he could see where his barrel was pointing because it was waving above his head, sure right direction, but at what elevation? The point is you should have something showing to be shot at, it keeps games flowing. Gun hits are not a thing on many sites. No problem with snipers on the ground mostly hidden. At least they are using the rifle in a realistic way, knowing exactly where the barrel is pointing and not being completely hidden.

The "Average" Airsofter. Either way, at least I explained it in my ad. I just hope I get some decent money for them! Funnily enough I am selling them to get some PTS G36 mags which don't have couplers anyway. -

In truth I am pretty good with a dremel. Probably make it look professionally done. Edit: To be honest, anyone who hasn't used a G36 for an extended period of time, will probably call it broken. Anyone who HAS used a G36 platform, will know exactly what I am talking about and be more forgiving. -

Maybe I should brazen it out and say "Customised so the couplers don't get caught up in your webbing like they always do!" I reckon most G36 users do cut them off anyway... -

This. Though admittedly it's hard to price some things up. Case in point my practically "unused" set of 6 G&P Mid cap G36 mags, never used in a skirmish, no scratches, dents or otherwise. Considered the best traditional G36 style mag out there. Cost £17 per mag from any shop that has them in stock right now... Issue? I coupled them all together for storage, and of course like all G36 mags, the couplers break when separated. It immediately falls in value despite never been used in a skirmish. So have now priced them at essentially less then a tenner each. It's hard for me to go any lower then that, but I can see why someone would ask for higher because of how all the G36 couplers will fail in short order anyway... The fact it happened before being sold is just a harsh reality! I would like to think I price my stuff quite nicely though. And my stuff generally does sell. But it gets harder when it comes to the even more niche stuff, you have to wait for the right buyer (specialist in odd things) to come along who knows it's a good deal. But to the average M4 multiglammer it means nothing.
