Good and £150 do not go together especially when it comes to the Airsoft L85's. Many will tell you that there are no really good L85's as they all have quirks. For your budget you might get lucky and get a second hand Army Armament one. Which has many many problems, a difficult takedown, proprietary parts and needs looking at out of the box. The ICS is Ok (£340+), but suffers from very weak cutoff levers, semi issues and anaemic out of box performance. The Ares is pretty poor, a really difficult takedown. People generally don't recommend it. (£350+) The G&G with ETU is.. ok. (£400+) though the ETU is quite bad and needs switching out to a PERUN. The blowback feature is very weak in effect and reliability. Either way, if you want "Good (But not good)" in an L85 you need to spend 350+ as well as additional money for some upgrades and quality of life service.

Has a little wear but nothing to write home about. Can be shipped. ----------------------------------------- SRC XM8C Unskirmished. With minor storage marks. O&T steel inner barrel 6.04mm. Guarder Clear Rubber (I think). Wired to Tamiya Never got around to modifying it further. It may have a XT 22TPA Neo High Torque motor but not 100% certain right now. Will have to open it and look. Includes a high cap and a box of Moscarts which were mostly working last skirmish a few weeks ago, but may require a drop of oil or maintenance to keep seal. I am knackered fellas! I met up with loads of new people. Got merry and drunk. Vienna was cool and quiet with nice Jazz Cafes, I saw an American Punk rock band visiting Bratislava called Good Riddance in a very intimate underground show ( I used to love them as a kid) I also nearly got arrested for playing guitar and teaching the Slovaks some Greenday songs at 3AM. Budapest was another kettle of fish, dirty, Ruin bars and alcohol everywhere, I managed to pick up a FULL set of Hungarian camo in my exact size for exactly 40 euros including the hat which is impossible to get outside of Eastern Europe. Lots of history, the food was a bit bland everywhere and a let down so much so I actually lost 5lbs over the past 9 days, but alcohol was good. I got invites to go to Serbia soon from a couple I partied away with. It's opened my eyes and I think it means I will be selling more of my Airsoft collection and bring it back down to under single figures. I need to experience this more and do the Digital Nomad thing! I got to visit the birthplace of my Grandmother and resting place of my Great Grand Parents in Baden for the first time, which was really rewarding. I am so exhausted though. The flight delays took the piss and I had to take a three hour Bus journey home from Central last night. Either way. It was great. Cheers for checking in on me! Well I am booked into a Hostel in Vienna. But managed to get a low priced hotel in Bratislava! My brother told me I had to which Hostel before I leave!

I am spending three nights in Vienna. It's not that I didn't fancy the other places, it's more for simplicity in terms of getting their. A single train with no changes and damn cheap! I haven't ever really "Travelled" before. This is only the 2nd time I have gone on a multi centre holiday and the first time I have solely organised one.

So I couldn't make Italy work within budget and be able to spend 4 days in Budapest. I jet off tomorrow to Vienna for 3 nights, a train to Bratislava Slovakia for 2 nights and then train to Budapest for 4 nights. Should be an interesting trip!

My TM M9 U.S is a little shiny and that is a newer design then most, I can tell my TM FN57 will be as well if I didn't change over to the Guarder kit. Gold Match will probably go shiny, but my DOR probably wont.

So I have a crazy plan. London Stansted -> Budapest -> Rimini -> London Stansted. Flights come to about 220 quid with cabin luggage. I can grab my Hungarian Surplus camo and then head up to San Marino from Rimini for some tax free Airsoft parts.... It's all coming together

Ta for the advice. I do think the majority of that is considerably over my budget! Looking at 500-600 tops for flights and hotel. I haven't been to Lisbon yet, but will be in September. It would be ideal otherwise. Ahh, I see! For info if that's what you are thinking I am married! Not sure that Amsterdam satisfies my Sea/Sun need though! I am looking at possibly doing a multi-centre, Budapest for three days and then fly direct to Athens or some beach destination. It's starting to look a little pricey though. Which is why I am thinking of maybe a large town/city next to the sea.

Hello all. Need some advice from the brain trust! I have the next 10 days off . Thinking of jetting off somewhere last minute. I solo holidayed in Tenerife earlier on the in the year, which was fine for activities (I bodyboard and snorkel), however was very light on culture and with everyone coupled or grouped up it was quite a lonely experience. Can anyone recommend a place which is good for solo travellers and has both Culture, Sun and sea? Something I can get through an agency so I am covered if the flight is cancelled! I am already booked to visit Lisbon in September with my Brother and Mother so that's out, Other places that I have visited include, Malaga Spain, Belgium, Paris France, Malta, Cape Verde, Florence Italy, Sri Lanka and Cyprus. Out of all of them I enjoyed Malta the most, but not looking to go back. I was looking at doing a weekend in Budapest for the culture (And Surplus shops) and then maybe going somewhere by the sea, but unsure. Sticking to Europe/North Africa for this (Anywhere else is too expensive!) What say the hive mind?

You all seem to have gone doodah over that rig, but meanwhile mine arrived and I used it. It's pretty good!
