my 2p worth: Getting an MWS is like getting a Macbook. It's easy to know what you are getting and you don't need to fiddle with it. If something breaks, changing bits out for apple bits is best, as some other 3rd party bits aren't always as good (but some are better than others) VFC is like a PC - a bit more going on but if you're into swapping bits out and finding out what gels together well. If you crack the combination, you're onto a winner as there is more choice out there without having to pay a small fortune for the equivalent MWS/Apple part (like a 416 body for example).

These guys using it would probably will know better than me, but i though the suppressed issue was a thing of 20 years ago, when ammo and rifles were basically bulk buy from the lowest bidder and caused cycle failures and the like. But now with better ammo and more interchangeable parts and tuning, you can go back to DI systems as they are (reportedly) more accurate suppressed? Hence why some teams are moving away from the 416 and to Noveskes. Also allows for more of a tool kit as there are a gazillion spare parts.

Apparently the DE version was mostly snapped up by the staff in TaiwanGun, so make of that what you will. As mentioned above, the Cyma version is basically proprietary as the t8 system is a MWS copy, but not a direct copy, so the DE seems to be the winner

As it's a first gen VFC, I might wait until they work out the bugs in it, or it gets reversed engineered parts.

Managed to find one on discord - about 2 weeks after i missed one on discord as well. I've given up on ever finding a p90 though - they're going for about £600 2nd hand in Japan if you can find one. If they did a re-run or a mark 2, they would sell out instantly i reckon.

I was at both days, one as a seller and one seller/player. Not really much to add from Galvatron's post - some decent kit for sale - about 20 or so car booters, and about a dozen shops with sales or deals on. It's not as big as the midlands carboot (which is not in the midlands anymore) but some decent deals going if you're just looking for something to take your fancy. However, it was noticeably bigger than 2022, and the carboot was located in a much better place so more people could view the stalls. As fr the airsoft side of things, pretty much a normal day but with more vehicles. I've played that site quite a few times so might just be a bit bored of it so maybe a break is needed.
