  1. Wouldn't be any use to me, I don't have a gun which would work in the situation I referred to.
  2. Would it be wrong to buy some metal 5.5-6mm BBs on the off chance there is an upcoming apocalypse? This is not a troll question, and since I only own a low power gas gun and an electric gun, totally for someone who is not me.
  3. Well it's not a pressure switch it's just a row of switches. As for extras, not really I wanted a weapon light that's what I got. Admittedly the beam is not as focused as a true weapon light, but it will do, I can always put a matt black cylinder/cone around the end if I need to focus it.
  4. I am really liking it, but its quite a shame about the "pressure switch", it's my understanding these should activate on touch, this one however requires me to arch my fingers to be able to apply pressure, its perfectly workable but not what I would expect to be designed for 20% the price of a £55 device. Wish the torch had more candlepower too. But I really like the 5 power settings, I think their lumens are 15 ,250,450, 750, 950 and strobe, or something like, but the strobe can't be activated from the tailswitch.
  5. I very nearly did buy the surefire P3X Fury, but I could not find enough information out about it which satisfied my requirements - mainly information about compatibility with other products. I was about to buy it when I found this alternative. Tried to keep my post short, I'm sorry: £55 Fenix PD35 Flashlight £10 Fenix Rail mount £10 Fenix pressure-switch/tape-switch (sadly it's just a line of switches and not what I would have expected), £25 (4x£6) Compatible Fenix filter caps - all three colours, cus i'm like that, though i'll be able to change the spare red for a clear disc and it will make mounting clear perspex discs much simpler than having to improvise. £20 Batteries - rechargeable I also got some Surefire Earprotection.
  6. Well, don't forget to include the 2nd &, also, what's the brand, is it GBB or NBB?
  7. http://www.relics.org.uk/aboutus.php - "peel off" alternative to two-tone. :D

See, two tone - they handle it differently.

plastidip? tis good stuff, I have it on my car wheels.

  8. You could use a bolt action rifle at 1 Joule.
  9. Had some play with it yesterday, need to get a swivel for my stock, but otherwise it was fun, turns out flyye did not assemble it correctly and I had to re-thread it to make it work, but it seems like a fun device. Do you know if the original is designed for use with or without body armour? I found problems with throwing it over my back (diagonally, either way up) when using the plate carrier, no problems stowing it, but occasional problems on retrieval. That said, it was much more stable (with less negative affect on gravity centre) than any position I've yet tried with a single point sling.
  10. Had someone in my room last week to gently show them my GBB pistol, due to context, forgot there was an AEG on the desk. :/

  11. One of the things I have found is that uniquely to the usual status quo of researching airsoft matter, when it is a question of what something is called, usually those with the specific, namely forces related knowledge, are much more likely to be able to provide an answer within 10 seconds than I can in 10 minutes, even if you have to wait for them to answer. I would guess equally to yourself, but that does not help me to find out what they are called, or how they operate. I think it is also possible they're not for that purpose. My best guess was that they were attaching knee pads by bungee cord.
  12. What are the circular holes on the digicam pants for?
  13. You don't need to cut anything off perse, I used the original straps which came with the mesh masks as they have some elasticity. If you mean the helmet connector part, these are sold separately, I even have some surplus myself. I think. http://www.evike.com/products/53159/ or http://www.evike.com/products/50131/ EDIT: I totally misunderstood your post, however as mine is still useful, I'll leave it. I guess you destroyed your own mesh masks extraneous parts when you added it to a helmet?
  14. I've sent thousands of insects by royal mail.
  15. Oh, not sad for recognising it, just how quickly.
  16. I feel a little sad for for how quickly I recognised it. :/
  17. It looks a little short... Otherwise pretty cool, hope you put variable coloured LED strips in there.
  18. Broke the base plate on my WE G17 mag last game, what is the point of these, are the stocks ones entirely aesthetic?
  19. RIF Culture invasion, shocking! Easier to type than "airsoft gun", but still grating to read.
