Said it before and will say it again, the full mesh fencing style masks are a godsend. No fogging, no sweat splashing back into your face when someone shoots you in the mask. The mesh design of thin interwoven strands doesnt affect your vision as much as the hole punched metal you find in most goggles. Only issues are not very good with a helmet if you like that sort of thing and as its one piece its awkward if you want a drink or snack mid game.

So £31 for 3 hours or £56 for 6 hours.So for actual play time the mall is cheaper. As for your other post about rents I see where your coming from but it still doesnt add up. The amount they pay for the building isn't effected by how long the game is. They could do an all day game and increase the costs by 5 or 10 pound which would cover the cost of the marshalls and utilities but make it a better deal for players. At the end of the day if they have to cancel games because people dont want to go then their business model is wrong. Its a lot of cash for those that have to travel into London and they have to attract those players as well. I personally think that they are just trying to maximise profits for least effort but if they cant get bodies in then hopefully that philosophy will change.

Black is actually not that great in the dark. Dark green or dark blue quite often works better. When someone is in all black they actually quite often are easily visible as a darker shape as rarely its actually pitch black. Dark colours but not overly dark and mixing the shades works best.

Can I just point out mentioning people by name on a public forum seems a bit wrong mate.

Them do do weekly games. Them do them on a Sunday. If you want to go to a game that them do try to book at least a week before as the the games them do can often fully book. You will enjoy it them do some good games. ☺

Nothing wrong with the wobbly chairs, dump all your gear one side and sit the other no problems. I always set up on them now as had enough of the listening to the I am special crowd who regularly congregate round the tables. They could do with more space to lay your gear out sometimes though but doubt they want to fork out too much on a derelict building under threat of closure. Having the head marshall out probably would cause issues. They used to have two but one left in the middle of last year which was a shame as he was a good lad. Not very often there is an issue there to be fair they are usually pretty well organised.

Only time I have seen people go back after briefing is when have turned up late or left it until 9.30 to try and chrono, so thats their own fault for being stupid. Was running late once and phoned up to say wouldn't be there until just after 9.30 and the marshall waited at the chrono for me so cant praise them enough for being helpful.

Everytime for the last two and a half years? Never queued more than a few minutes in probably over 40 Sunday games there. Guys on the chrono are usually pretty efficient at moving people through. As long as get down to the chrono area for 9.20 no issues as chrono normally closes about 9.30 for the briefing.

Never known the queue to be that bad and I have always got there about 9ish.

Actually its a great idea. Its a lot of fun and I have never seen anyone get seriously hurt. Obviously you cant just have a free for all but as long as the people involved are all sensible it can be quite a good thing for camerardirie among players.

Its not so much the below knee height which is an issue as thats not a big problem with timed grenades. Its the same level usage thats the issue, the mall has lots of stairways and being able to throw pyro up and down them is important sometimes. Especially the main one when going up to the balcony to punish all the campers up there, getting on to there is almost impossible without pyro sometimes.

Cardboard pyro is better at the mall because you can chuck them anywhere you like. Bfgs have a lot of restrictions there.

Everybody still complains about the heavy nuprols but up to 0.28 is ok and their tracers are probably the best out there now. Wouldnt recommend them at all for tightbores though, most decent bbs are actually about 5.95mm but nuprols are bang on 6mm so any issues in the barrel or hop and they jam.
