  1. TMC's copy of the Crye AVS. Im usually not a fan of anything TMC make but seeing as they have recently started using genuine Multicam material I thought id give it a shot and for £77 shipped from ShooterCB, Im very impressed. Much more solidly put together than any of their older stuff. Only thing im unsure of is if it will accept real Crye Zip On panels and dissapointed it didnt come with the quick release cables, although I never use it anyway (It is one way of attaching the multiple cummerbunds though)

Comes with the Front M4 Flap

    3 Band skeletel Cummberbund

    1 Band Cummerbund

    Ive added myself

    Crye Shoulder pads

    TS Crye JPC Mbitr pouches

    Mayflower assault backpanel

    Internal padding from my CPC

I can't seen to get on their site, I'm interested in the TMC stuff. I got their DC3 clone which isn't bad :)

  2. After a valuation on another L119a1 build I was working on.

It's a WE M4 AEG base gun, internally stock to the best of my knowledge except for a G&G TB barrel, still front wired to small tamiya.

    Externals include:

    556 style silencer

Modded front sight post (cut down bayonet lug)

    KAC style RIS

    dummy PEQ box

    foregrip

    red dot style Acog

    XM177 style stock

    G&P storm grip

    Gun shoots around 300 fps

  3. Based on cheapest UK pricing new, not including postage:

Base gun and one mag - £440

    Additional G5 mags - £44.95 x 5 = 224.75

    L119a1 barrel extension - £15

    XM117 stock - £24.95

    Stock pad - £15

    Flash hider - 20

Based on the usual 70% second hand rule, I'd be hoping for £450-500 ideally.

  4. Here we have my GHK M4 (L119A1 build), less than a year old.

Potentially looking to part with this and move on to another project, so after a rough price.

Gun has had less than 1k through it. Completely stock internally, had a worn paint job done to it

Gun will come with 5 xGHK G5 mags

    1x GHK M4 mag

    L11a1 barrel extension

    Surefire flash hider

    Correct stock and stock pad

    Storm pistol grip

Any ideas on pricing would be appreciated.

  5. The rifling does not undo the hop, if anything it helps it work better by allowing air around the BB and reduces the ricochets of the inner barrel.

I've run these in loads of guns and still do in a few, in fact my short barrelled tippman has the TK barrel in it and it has great accuracy and range, considering I run the gun at 330 and the inner barrel is about 200mm long, it range isn't far off my old CTW which was hop modded.

If you play at <330 fps this barrel is great with a g&g bucking, even better if you use the g&g flat hopped. They are stupidly hard to get nowadays but they do perform very well :)

  6. I got 2 of these, everything Spoon said is correct.

Set up can take some time, the hop is hit and miss. However, going with the flat hot nub and decent flat mod to the bucking, these can easily push PTW range. RPS is around 10-18, However, there are some good mods on the FB group about getting higher FPS

  7. Just wondering ig anyone can think of a good way to mount a scope on a KSC/KWA VZ61. I'm really tempted to get hold of one but have heard the iron sights aren't brilliant.

The only ways I can think of doing it are finding a mount that would fit over the barrel or the barrel neck, or a more permanent solution of welding a RIS rail on the top receiver.

Any ideas from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Dan

  8. The tippman is loud due to the action, if anything it is the one gun that sounds epic with soundhogs though lol

I've owned an ERG, owned a WE Open Bolt, currently own the GHK M4 and 2 Tippmanns.

Each is good in it's own way, depends on what you want. For realsim and performance, the GHK is awesome. The tippmanns are just plain fun and perform well once set up. The ERG is nice, with the bolt lock and cut off, but it just doesn't feel as good to me as the GBBR's and Tippmanns.
