Yeah, it can be triggered by something as simple as holding the trigger down when you connected the battery or something like dirt/debris on the magnet. Best (And easiest) bet would be to open it up and check around the trigger area and see if anything has moved and recheck your positioning. You can also diagnose with the case open which will help too.    A while ago a friend had an issue with his Perun and he had a shorted wire which had damaged the unit and that was also throwing up the purple light iirc - But fingers crossed for you that isn't the case 😂

This is the issue with giving cookie cutter replacement part lists.   A given product might be great, but if it aint a good fit for the gun it aint a good fit.   And it doesnt matter how premium it is, for as much as a fusion engine costs the internet is littered with "how to align your nozzle" guides when the reciever doesnt quite match up.
