Edit: worst case (and glossing over the fact that most recent GHK AK's barely work) for prices on everything in that, someone could replicate it brand new for slightly over £1600 - its not special in any way, nor is it rare, so why is his asking 70% of new.

Ii saw that but was too busy laughing at the make and model descriptions to see it's a repainted 2 tone
