Might be a bit beige for a lot of AFUK members but I reckon I've listened to this every night for weeks now...

I find hitting a skatepark/bmx track aggressively on a bike gets my mid 40's body easily into VO2 max training. 

 

Also as someone who was brought up rather than dragged up I use earphones so as not to offend other peoples earballs.

I have been listening to the two albums by Pelegrin today.

 

They are a “soft doom” band with North African/Spanish overtones.  This is the title track from their first album.

That is a very cool thing to have done.

I have a far less cool claim to fame for "singing" on a song that made it to No 3 on the UK singles chart, and was from an album that made it to No 18.
