  1. The man is a bell-end of the highest order. The only thing I can recommend absolutely is his Twitter, which is a collection of nuclear hot takes and some of the purest, most concentrated cringe ever to splatter across the face of the internet. Some recent highlights include: Have you considered forging COVID-19 certificates? Would you rather have dinner with me, or wear my clothes? Would you rather date a beautiful woman, or be my simp? "I think Andrew Tate's a pretty cool guy. Eh traffics women and doesnt afraid of anything." All of these are just from the last three months, truly amazing. Some more absolute bangers: My unpopularity is symptomatic of societal decline. I would like to take this opportunity to not attempt to refute any of these accusations.
  2. Ahoy, I'm surprised that doesn't fit down one side of the stock. I guess the adaptor is the problem? This probably will, although the caveat is that there's no standard or certainties in airsoft: https://www.componentshop.co.uk/7-4v-1450mah-25c-continuous-discharge-cranestock-lipo-battery.html I'd want two of those for a day's play, switching at lunch. You might be able to use one of these for a whole day: https://www.componentshop.co.uk/7-4v-2000mah-20c-continuous-discharge-airsoft-lipo-split-pack.html In either case you'll want to order them with Deans connectors, which will add 50p to the price. Many other vendors and brands are available. HobbyKing is starting to restock in the UK but don't have anything suitable at the moment. I like their site because they provide precise battery dimensions, which takes some of the guesswork out of it.
  3. I have a custom glock 19 which only shoots around 240fps on .25s could I use black gas in it to get more fps or would I damage anything and is there anything else I can do to get higher fps ? Would Nineball high flow mag valves help ? 4. Thank you for all the great information yeah I wasn’t sure why they had mostly just these being a shop and a few ares brand I think they was called. As you say must be profit margin I have a g36c which should be here next week I ordered for a spare or myself for when I do go 😄 yeah I’ve been trying sort more batteries out and the sky charger been looking about for think the best. I found was £37. Bit of a silly question with the sky charger does it only charge one type of batteries or all the types of have the adopter ?. I’ve been looking up magazines too for the m4 and g36c but haven’t brought anything yet same with the charger so far trying work stuff out before I buy now. Yeah I am looking to play too as looks very fun and some the places seem really cool 😄 Hopefully I can get my 3 games in to buy a normal de m900 series. I got the two tone g36c as may need it as a spare or what someone else could use if they come along. Yeah he does really like the ak models and can see him wanting one in the future. I will see how he gets on with the m4 and how that performs.Live and learn I guess ha as long it lasts a year or something should be alright and will tell him not to shoot if it stops firing etc luckily it seems to be working fine so far. Should I be worried about snipers or anything which can shoot more power in a game? Just he was shooting bbs at a thick cardboard box and they’re going through the other side what’s it like getting hit from one of theses does he need like a vest or some type of armour you think or just gloves boots full mask ?

As per the title this has only been used in 2x half-day skirmishes and it's definitely a lot of fun, being effective in both urban and woodland environments. It seems to do well with both 0.25's and 0.28's but what I'm lead to believe, is that with a barrel and bucking upgrade it can send 0.40's a great distance...not that there's anything wrong with the range it's reaching now! Even using in cooler (I didn't say freezing!) weather, it has never struggled, embodying the quality and reliability stock Marui's are renowned for. Price includes one mag, the MP7 specific sling point, which is actually pinned through the body and from what I've seen online, helps to strengthen the rear-end of the receiver and of course this compact hardcase with pick n' pluck foam. Perfect for safe and easy transportation! I have three additional mags but I was planning on selling those separately for £30 each, as they will be snapped up all-day long at that price. Please of course let me know if you'd like to add these and we can discuss a deal. Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please PM me any questions, as I don't get notifications for anything asked on the listing. Also as this keeps coming up time and time again: 1) You must be either UKARA registered or have another form of defence/reasonably demonstrate you're a regular skirmisher. 2) Check my feedback on here, I've sold many items more and less expensive than this and mostly have been able to send quickly. Being chased with "posted yet????" at 8am the morning after you sent payment at 10:45pm, is my number one pet peeve when it comes to selling. If there any undue delays, I will send you an update letting you know the situation and giving you the option of a full-refund if you're not happy with the new ETA.

  6. @son of dan Date idea - take your lady friend to 41px, floor B1, TamTam Hobby building in Akiba. It's north of the station. They've got a wicked shooting range there and they'll let you (and her) test fire anything they've got on display (which seems to be every airsoft gun in existence I think). I shot my first GBBR there and was immediately smitten. Then I saw the hairdryer to warm the mags back up...
  7. I've tried getting answers to this on several forums , including this one in the quick answers for quick questions section , but without success. Even Reddit Airsoft which normally moves pretty quickly has failed to get me even one response. So I decided to come back here and give it one last try. Can the E2 grips on an airsoft Sig P226 be replaced by the original E1 grips. The E1 hammer spring base is pretty substantial, too big for the E2 grips to clear it. But the E2 hammer spring base is much smaller and the E1 grips are bigger. So am I right in thinking that the E1 grips are a straight fit to a gun purchased with an E2 grip? Or can the E1 grips only be attached if there is an E1 hammer spring base behind the grip frame? Most people prefer the E2 grips but I am an exception. I bought a Sig with E2 grips and now wish I had bought one with the original E1 grips. is there anything I can do about it, other than sell the E2 and buy an E1 gun?
  8. Played at Worthing Airsoft's annual Halloween night game last night and had a lot of fun. Night vision equipment is banned at Worthing's night games, so you didn't have the milsim brigade turning up with night vision equipment worth more than some people's entire airsoft collections and allowing a level playing field. The forecast for the night was absolutely awful, with a yellow warning for rain and thunderstorms through the evening. It was fine when we got there, but it quickly started to absolutely tip it down. Despite this, we had a good turnout with 36 players; it was almost fully booked with its 40 spaces! We arrived earlier than everyone else, getting there at about 4pm so that me and my friend could set up our rifles and then have a wander into the gameplay area to still try and work out how to attack the Tower base from the crappy respawn side that I still haven't seen anyone win from during the day (there's a bit of a spoiler for you for the games to come ) I originally wanted to bring the SR-25, however with a relatively exposed mosfet I didn't want to risk it with the torrential downpours that were forecast, so I opted to go with my KJW m40a5, set to 1.05J on a .32, and my STTI mk23 as a sidearm. Maximum sneak for playing around in the dark! However, this was where I had my first issue. While my m40a5 was doing decently on a .32 (overhopping a little bit, but nothing too egregious), my mk23 was clipping the end of the suppressor meaning I had to run it without it. What was a nice quiet sidearm became a very snappy, noisy pistol! Oh, I also put a red dot sight on my m40a5, so it looked like some sort of Call of Duty abomination gun build, but no way was I using a magnified optic without an illuminated crosshair for this game. I did toy with the idea of bringing out my illuminated scope, however I don't like 40mm scopes at the best of times, so I decided against it; I really need to buy those budget-but-pricey Visionking and Vector Optics scopes that I have my eye on... Anyway, as it got dark we headed back to the safe zone. We decided to pack all of our kit away preemptively as the weather was still relatively clear, but we knew what was going to come later. We both made sure that our kit was packed in such a way where what we were using for the games was also very easy to pack away; for me it was the rifle and belt kit both going into the rifle bag and my pistol going in its case. We then hung about and chatted with everyone else and... the rain started, and oh boy did it start. It was absolutely pouring, but there was some cover that we could stand beneath. I was suddenly glad I brought my waterproof! However, we were blessed by mother nature, as by 7pm when we were heading out to play, the rain had eased off massively. It was still raining a little, but it was absolutely fine! First game had 4 small disk-shaped light markers around the Tower base area (they're small, not the type to really illuminate anything). One was in Tower itself, one in the church, one in the stables and I believe one was a cross, a small criss-cross barricade structure just outside of the Tower base. We started from the bad side in the first game and had to turn the lights off, while the other team had to keep them on. I decided to take advantage of the fact that nobody would want to use the lower part of the site and headed down into Clearing so that I could come up on the corner and get some shots in the flank. Worthing Airsoft has some thick tree canopy, so it was very dark and I was just shooting at silhouettes and torch lights. However, what I learned is that my friend and another of the regulars had done the same as me but over the other side of the site and were taking everyone out from behind. The streak had been broken as we absolutely dominated this game from the bad side, however I wasn't too surprised as night games, especially with how dark it gets at Worthing Airsoft, are a very different beast and a lot of what makes the other side strong was negated by the lack of sight lines due to the dark. We swapped ends afterwards, with our team now spawning on the good side and needing to keep the lights turned on. I decided to stand away from the rest of my team as people were shining torches all over the place so I put some distance between myself and them and kept my eyes closed. I was trying to operate on natural night vision, and having torches shone in your face every few seconds wasn't a great way to maintain natural night vision. I waited until game was called on and people started heading off before I headed towards the fence line on the edge of the site. I knew I could get into a good position to once again get some shots into the flank of the enemy team as they came in to try and turn the lights off, but I had to be careful not to silhouette myself against the open field on the other side of the fence. This led to me crawling along the ground, stopping every time a light came anywhere near me. There were multiple times I had a torch shone directly at me, but keeping still I managed to go undetected and get into position. We managed to hold them back well and managed to win this game too, as they only managed to turn off the lights in the stables at the end of the game. Next game had a marshall in the top of Tower handing out objectives that we had to take back to our respawn. I decided to take the same route as I did the game before, heading for the fence line and crawling along the ground to set up a good ambush position with my m40a5. However, this game was pretty uneventful for me as our team managed to pin the enemy team back so nobody even crossed my ambush position, which was well in-front of the objective, so the enemy team never got close! We stopped for some food at 9pm and the heavens opened up again, so we all stood beneath the cover. Some people called it there, not wishing to play in the cold and the wet, but it wasn't a huge number. I think we lost about 10 players, bringing us down to 26 for the last two games which were the sands of pain. It was exactly the same game as last game day, with the box in the same place and everything. I had a bit of an annoying encounter and was the only time I got hit all evening, though I'm not counting it as a hit and will stick with the "I didn't get hit at all" line. I saw a guy moving up, lined up my red dot with his silhouette, pulled the trigger and got that satisfying thwack as my .32 made contact with plate carrier. However, he then just turned his light on, lit me up and shot me in the head then continued on. I wasn't about to argue it, but that was really annoying as I had spent time getting into position undetected only to have someone blatantly cheat in front of me and lace me up. There's a lot less certainty on whether you're hitting people during a night game as you can't hear your BBs, but when the shot is about 10m and you hear a very noticeable thwack of the BB impacting with fabric... yeah, I was annoyed. Anyway, I headed back to respawn and went down low again, heading for the bottom of the site and popping up near the enemy respawn. Not wanting to be a dirty spawn camper, I crawled up a bit as if I was on their team, getting to the checkpoint on the path where I set up my ambush position, waiting for players to pass me before shooting them in the back. It worked flawlessly and people had no idea where they were getting shot from, since the m40a5 is such a quiet gun. We swapped sides again for the final game and I, once again, used the bottom of the site to pop up near-ish their spawn again. However, once again, I didn't want to be a dirty spawn camper, so I moved up and got into a position to ambush people from behind a decent ways away from the enemy spawn. While my ambush position wasn't that far from where I'd set up an ambush if I was coming at it from our spawn's side, the important thing was the positioning, as the enemy team never had any clue where I was shooting them from and were very confused as to why they were getting shot in the back! Anyway, all in all it was a very fun day evening. Didn't get the most kills, as I was running a bolt action at night, but I had a great time seeing just how much sneaky antics I could get away with (a lot!). Got home last night, unpacked absolutely everything, partially disassembled my m40a5 and put the gun wrap, my waterproof jacket and belt kit out to dry so that it wouldn't stew in its muddy sogginess in my bags. Now today I will do a full clean on both the m40a5 and mk23 as they probably need it after all that.
  9. Uh, are you in the UK? If so, what muppet sold him that? If you're in the UK, then what he's got there is a Section 5 firearm, not an airsoft gun. Any site that knows what it's doing will tell him to put it back in the bag and play with something else, lock it to semi (which I doubt he can do), or go home. I'd strongly suggest not thinking or talking about fps, because the question then always becomes "using what weight of BB?" You want to be thinking in Joules, using the weight of ammo that you're going to be using. I honestly couldn't tell you what fps any of my guns are shooting at, because I only ever look at the Joules number on my chrono (set to the weight of BB that I'm using), and any half decent site will be doing the same. 0.2g is fine for indoors, but outdoors you want the heaviest BB that your hop unit can lift, and your wallet can stand. For a full auto / burst mode gun, I find 0.28g is a decent compromise of price vs performance. Heavier is just fine, if your hop can lift it. You're fine to use 11.1V in your gun. If the retailer says otherwise then they're looking for an excuse to void the warranty. But if that's what they want to do, they'll do it whatever you use, or say you used. If you experience overspin and double-shooting on semi (you pull the trigger once, the gun shoots twice) then you can use the active-brake or pre-cock settings on your ASTER to fix that. You've bought a perfectly decent gun, and it'll do you proud if you feed and treat it well. As above, clean the barrel (YouTube has plenty of guides), give it 0.25g or heavier, and get the hop dialled in (again, YouTube will help, or ask here). Your ASTER is great, it's worth the time figuring out its features. But none of that matters, as long as you're having fun in game. Plenty of us have a blast using the cheapest CYMAs, shotguns, revolvers and such. Airsoft isn't about having the bestest top-tier laser-beast gun, it's about the experience of taking and making hits with whatever you have to hand. Your gun will be as good as anything else out there, once you figure it out - you haven't wasted your money.
  10. So the gate aster is a “Mosfet”, as you’ve discovered it has some nice features such as binary trigger etc however it doesn’t need messing with at all truthfully. I have 3 “Edge 2.0” series rifles and other than testing the features on one of them, I’ve not had to change anything on it. In my opinion, the gate aster is one of the nicer mosfets at a good price. As for the app you mentioned, you need to purchase an extra part (either a blu-link for Bluetooth phone editing) or the usb BUT you can adjust the aster settings via the trigger which is done with coloured lights (Far better than say, the Perun Hybrid as I found out earlier today)
  11. Okay, I was also wondering about this "gate aster" stuff. im highly confused, I just brought the gun cause it looks amazing and it works fantastically out of the box. I don't know anything about this programmable stuff and everything, I'm a bit new to airsoft and I haven't got across to this app. I downloaded the aster thing, Cant even find it on my computer? Sorry for my annoyance.
  12. i was debating fitting a real bullet belt, but im worried that its extra weight may cause further issues with the box mag gas connector popping out, or break the "wiggler" do you have pics of this mod? i may need to do the same to mine, but i am also reluctant to do anything too invasive where abouts are you playing?

I'm listing "As New" because this hasn't been skirmished. I took it to a site as a backup and chronoed it, but didn't end up using it. Since then I've been playing less and less. Some minor rubbing marks present, but nothing more than you'd get from attaching it to a sling and moving about a bit etc. This is the metal version and I think it's a great balance between being lightweight and sturdy. I won't list all of the features, but it does have a quick change spring and I've used this to add a couple of FPS adjusters to bring it to a solid 1.05J when hop is set for 0.28's. If you apply more hop for heavier BB's that may go down, if you reduce hop for lighter it may go up. Either way, the QC spring allows you to easily find the right power for your requirements. Package Summary: Metal SSR4 - £290 Spare Mag - £15 QD Sling - £20 FPS Adjuster Rings - £5 Iron Sights (not pictured) - £20 Total = £350 (not including delivery etc) I can supply more photos or send a shooting video to serious potential buyers. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything added to this listing. Stated price includes PayPal fees and Parcelforce 48hr delivery.

This is a cyma platinum mp5 without gearbox or cocking tube. I got this as a project but have lost interest for now. I'm listing it here in case there is any interest. It could be good for hpa maybe? The externals are in excellent condition with the exception of the front entry to the cocking tube. It doesn't have the cocking tube but does include the extended cocking handle. You could make a cocking tube with any tube shaped object cut to the right length as all it needs to do is hold the charging handle and push back a (not very strong) spring to reveal the hop unit. Or you could get another brand of cocking tube and modify it. It also comes with selector switches and the plastic selector shim (the bit that contacts the selector plate). I do have the gearbox but I've not listed it here as I'd rather keep it - it seems like a decent gearbox. If you did want it with a gearbox let me know and we'll work something out. I'm after £100 collected it £110 posted. You need ukara or valid defence to buy this please (IMO it's still a RIF even though it can't shoot anything currently).

  18. It’s really not that bad. As long as you wear a long shirt or something similar that’s not too tight you’ll hardly feel it. If you’re like me though and roll with shorts and a t-shirt, pain is just part of the game. 😉 I’ve never seen it myself. In my area we usually don’t have to worry about people being extreme full auto trolls. Honestly, I’m the only one who even has that capability, and I shoot semi-only with anything over 28.

  20. If anything, they are loose, so inserting and removing them a few times isn't going to help. Thanks anyway.
  21. Well the court doesn't just do anything they want, they follow the guideline, and an overpowered RIF would still be a Type 3 weapon despite the technical definitions under Firearms Act, so really going overpowered does not really mean much by itself, but the reason of it being overpowered would be (e.g. if you modified it because of intention to cause property damage vs if it is a technical fault of your chrono)
  22. The problem with that is that the nature of an overpowered full auto capable airsoft gun is not clearly defined in any legislation. All we know is that it becomes a lethal barrelled weapon and, hence, a firearm. Anything else is up to the CPS and whichever, if any, court some poor sod ends up in.

Talk about a head turner! This is in near box fresh condition, as it's not even been a wall-hanger but kept in a foam case in a cupboard. Unlike the TM version, this is full-metal and has a full travel slide too. In my testing it's also been more powerful, right up at the limit around 350fps on a 0.20g. As always FPS/joules on GBB's depends on temperature and gas etc. Also to note, this is not the weird CO2 full-auto version, but takes WE made green gas mags. Needless to say this is perhaps the heaviest pistol around, but definitely skirmishable in the right conditions. Only letting it go as I'm reducing my collection. Stated price includes PayPal fees and a tracked courier. Please PM any questions, as I don't get notifications of anything added to the listing.
