  1. I ordered some motor connectors, wire harness connectors & upgrade harness Dispatch was quick with some fair upgrade delivery prices
  2. That we will mate I'll have a couple of smiley badges on the back of my boonie & wearing a ghillie suit so yeah be cool to say hello to you both
  3. I can make you a coat stand aswell if you want hahaha
  4. My bad, didn't notice the date. Doh
  5. Another place to try if you drive is strike force in Gloucester, it's a huge warehouse for indoor cqb which they chsnge around by opening or closing black curtains to act as walls I've been there twice & enjoy the fast pace but outdoors is my preceded interest
  6. Try Spartan airsoft mate, it's a cracking site cribbs is ok for open ground combat with a small wooded area, big fields & small buildings. Portishead is to heavily wooded for my liking & can get stalemates happening
  7. Hope to see you there then buddy so pop over & say hello mate I'm on the MDF side
  8. Cut the buffer tube off as close as you can to the screw so you can get a pair of pliers on the screw head Buffer tubes are fairly cheap so you can order one with your upgrade parts Look on YouTube for video tutorials, most m4 videos are the same despite the manufacturer
  9. Most of the time we get split up from respawning but get back together when we can, sticking together & playing along side eachother, we've learned eachothers play style & habbits Down with the ruski's lol
  10. Some comments (I'm not meaning to be offensive so please don't take it that way) reminds me of the photo floating around on Facebook "Spends thousands on kit/gear & f***s off home when it rains" lol The team I'm part of spends all year outdoors but sometimes we go to indoor sites even when it's blazing sun outside
  11. Hahaha hahahaha Duh, completely forgot it was
  12. Ahhh bummer, then it could be trigger contact issue which means you'll have to open the gearbox, could be the trigger itself that's getting fouled up somewhere Main question is (just remembered :/) What rifle is it ?? as most hire weapons are M4's or G36's
  13. How long have you had it & is still under warranty ?? If it's under warranty, send it back & get it fixed that way Otherwise it could be a fire selector problem to me
  14. For me personally, I'm looking forward to my first milsim event in december I'm an ex serviceman but I'm not doing it to hark back to the 'good old days' (great memories but some really bad ones aswell) For me, its a change from skirmish days. Its a chance to meet new people & possibly new friendships, yes it's playing pretend soldiers at pretend objectives but how many of us do get immeresed in a days pew pew pewing lol Above all, it's the enjoyment, challenges & socialising which I don't get much being a lone parent as my kids come first
  15. Woah black beauty & back up a bit !!! I thought whale hunting was illegal in most/all parts of the world ?? I'd hunt that with a real steal
  16. Looks like it to me but but not all manufacturers make the same rail size, some are 19mm, 20mm or 21mm I believe
  17. That's the point of real cap mags To force you to be more trigger disciplined, think more tactically & over all be more cohesive within your specified teams
  18. Hahahaha I worked outside most of my life from the age of 16 on building sites etc but had enough of being cold & wet
  19. To prepare for winter I've got Heat shrink on all battery & rifle connectors then cover with black tape when connected. As I use crane stock batteries, I put a clear bag over stock & buffer tube then cable tie it on. Swap MTP to DPM with Norwegian army shirt & smock, a shemagh around my neck & my black boots Forgot one thing, I also use a DPM poncho which is attached by straps to my plate carrier
  20. I'm off to my 1st milsim in December where I'll be wearing my old issue dpm combats & boonie along with my £30 plate carrier but closer to £70 with what I put on it I'd rather go cheap & replace kit when it's worn out
  21. You can put a piece of wire in place of the fuse JUST FOR A QUICK TEST ONLY, if stays intact but still doesn't go bang then that's fuse eliminated which would put it down to the wiring, if you still have the wiring connectors inside the buffer tube mount, it's possible one of them has disconnected Go on YouTube for m4 disassembly videos & look at the wiring to see if anything's shorting out or a contact is desoldered
  22. When I started last year, I bought a g&g cm16, as it was coming upto Autumn & the ground was muddy, I rubbed mud into the body to dull down the bright green
  23. I have to work it around my daughter as I have her every 2nd weekend & my mate as I don't drive but we usually go once a month but sometimes twice. My son's are old enough to attend aswell so I take them in turns & the other one stays with my mum or dad
  24. You'll also hear people describing how the snuck up to someone, knife killed them or shot them etc lol so you can jump in & tell them what you saw if you there
