I was tempted to buy that bundle (if it’s the one from here I’m thinking of) you got a cracking deal if it is that one. Only reason I didn’t buy it is I already have an Evo and don’t have the spare cash to justify another

This site slipped under my radar, some mixed reviews but a lovely looking site. I haven't tended to disagree with Asmodais reviews in the past but it does seem the site has upped its game somewhat. I am glad some regulars have gave their opinion in a fair way rather than some of the nonsense we have had in the past with slightly negative reviews or remarks and people signing up to cuss out the posters and type ineligible nonsense I will give it a go in the new year once the weather turns nice again

As mentioned by @Robert James I am looking for a regular CQB site. The Mall was my regular site and I was happy to pay £37 for a days skirmish (I bought the membership so it was actually £27 per game in the end) but will happily pay 40 quid for days skirmish with CQB being the USP as it is what I prefer to play, as long as the site was decent, run well and ironed out issues like The Mall did more than adequately for me! I tend to play once a month, occasionally twice, but would rather pay a bit more for an awesome CQB site than 25 quid for an average woodland! Obviously lunch included would be a bonus but understand there are overheads and you guys need to make money at the end of the day. But as long as there are local options ( The Mall was 20 seconds from the high street so PLENTY of options) or even strike a deal with local dominoes or something and take orders in the morning for pizzas and charge players a tenner for a large pizza and have them waiting for us when we come back, plenty of sites do this and it works well. I love the idea of night games, special one offs, pistol only etc and would generally attend most if they piqued my interest. If the site works for me and no more than 2 hours drive I will be a regular guaranteed!

I hear you, I have stripped back all the unnecessary stuff. Some of the best games I have had were with hi caps stuffed in jean pockets and my combat machine with no gun bling on!! I don’t go THAT basic anymore. Keep it all on a belt and have the minimum on my guns too.

Cant be a weight thing. And like you say, being able to use a more popular m4 style makes more sense.. meh, each to their own!!

As excited as I am for another cqb site, this is the third site they are talking about opening and haven’t got the smaller ones open yet. I will get properly excited when at least one of the sites is running and we can see some progress. Yes I’m a bit cynical tonight but also very happy to be proven wrong and for all three to open, be successful and blow me away with their awesomeness

Would get me too. Shame so many great sites are run this way. Non hit taking is one of those things, you either keep shooting em until the relent or go after other people in my experience. I dont let it get to me really.

I asked Mike what could be replaced and he said a barrel n spring with give a slight FPS boost and accuracy increase so I went for it. It was still cheaper than the standard gun anywhere else so figured why not. Just need a pulse rifle now

Tm Hi Cappa DOR with a stronger spring, tighter barrel and spare mag from ESC. Been wanting a hi cappa forever and they were on special so would be rude not too

Glad there’s a lot open honest dialogue about the site. I know your posting on here etc, but in all honesty there was no way I was going to pay for a ticket to a site that was uncertain of opening. I’m glad I didn’t, but I’m glad Dave got his refund and you guys are as genuine as your coming across. Cant wait to play, and happy to miss the first few game if I don’t prebook etc due to my cynicism and be proved wrong by a cracking site!!
