My two cent on wearing it is.
I dont see a problem wearing it if you haven't "earned it" the problem for me starts is when you start lying and saying you have, when in reality you have never served in the armed forces.
Its like saying am better than Gordon Ramsay when I still burn toast in the toaster...
Airsoft is 20% gameplay 80% fashion show. But having said that... You dont need everything with you. It will just slow you down and you will get tired quickly, Its fair enough if you want to look like a certain group or whatever. But in airsoft its completely useless even in big milsim games. You would use bolt cutters maybe once? Real operators carry that stuff for a reason...They NEED it. But if you want some ideas I will oblige.
Map of the area that you play in for giving out grid ref over the radio. Make your own if you need to. That's what I do.
Screwdriver + Bits.
Tourniquet ( For the love of god don't use one unless you know what the hell you are doing.)

Metal ones are brilliant because I can stick the magnetic dishes for screws and stuff onto the board. And you can mount guns and stuff onto it, you can see my power screwdriver mounted to it on the bottom left.
This is the build that I would go for. I have kept it red apart from the case. But it has a window so you can see your red build. Getting a good case is a hell of alot more important than one that looks nice. And the Phanteks Pro is an amazing case for the money, I also got you a 256GB SSD.

That's why I use glasses that fit very tight to my eye. There is no gap. They also have the head band strap so they can't get shot off.
(sent from phone.)
I dont know about ready made ones mate, but I was looking into making some for my FILBE for the same purpose. Buy some coyote tan webbing and 20mm buckles on ebay then 5 minutes with a sewing machine should see you right
I can get you a picture when I get home if you want. But you need to have the teeth of the sector gear facing the bottom of the gearbox so you can not see the them.
