    Not sure what gun I should upgrade to in the near future. First it was the recoil shocks, now I like the look of a G&P magpul and found a cheap systema, but I dont really want a PTW. What would you recommend for ease of changing internals. It looks like I'm going to need a new gun soon as my starter gun is starting to fall apart ( IK i play every week but it shouldn't really be should it?). someone at my site has a G&P and has nothing but problems. is this a one off?

      they're a dropshipper, e.g. you order the gun from them... they order it from someone else and then ship it to you when it arrives.

       

      If you want a TM Scar then Black dragon airsoft, firesupport or echigoya should be your go-to.

      They exist- the Haw San model is pretty solid apart from the shells being bad. I believe with a couple of mods to them they can be improved though

    what would be a suitable motor upgrade for a G&G cm16. My mate wants to know, and I don't have much knowledge in the subject and thought I would post on here. He would spend and extra 30-60 quid for it, and what would it do to the gearbox, could it handle it? thanks.

      none that mount directly to the stanard A1 type handguard. A Magpul MOE grip will attach directly to an MOE handguard, on a standard A1 type you can get rails that bolt into the holes.

    Is it true that the CM16 Carbine light has a higher fps? On zero one airsoft it says so, however I'm not sure if it is true?

      They all share identical gearboxes. FPS variations are all about G&G's quality control so expect differences. Most fire around 350 in the UK.

      Every model will vary a bit. One may hit 350 & another 339. Problem is if you go over 350 = too hot or you go to another site that is 328 urban - so sometimes slightly less is better than hot. FPS can vary quite a bit due to hop-up and crap BB's

      For sure, I would only ever suggest Lonex if you want a flash mag. As a concept they have some plus points but they're not the be all and end all. Horses for courses really.

      They're hi cap magazines but instead of a thumbwheel to wind them they have a pull cord.
