The Ae 86 is only known by the term Hachi Roku in japan as its japaneese for 86. The only person in the uk who would call it that is some one who watches too much initial D. In all jap car modding scenes iv been envolved in over the years its always just been the Ae86. -

Not touching the internals, i guess i was a little vague
Doing a lot to the externals......when i get paid as the krytac has skint me haha

No, even importing external parts is fine. You can import all the requisite bits to build a RIF 100% legally. You fall foul of the VCRA the moment you put them together.

cropzy reacted to jcheeseright in Questions in regards to upgrades
replace bits as they break/prove to be unfit, so many people seem to buy a new gun and then spend loads of money on replacing all of the internals... if you're going to do that just buy a more expensive gun in the first place!
Eventually a prowin hop unit and a better barrel may be worthwhile upgrades, but it might shoot like a laser straight out of the box! play with it a bit first.

No1 tip: don't buy ANYTHING until you've played a game or two, you'll only end up not using it ever again because your perception of what you think you'll need is very different to what you'll actually need

cropzy reacted to kerby91 in I'm back!
Hey all
So after deciding to move house back in November, I had to sell my airsoft guns off to give me a little bit more money to play with. The house move fell through (landlord didn't want anyone with kids...in a 3 bed house...) I was gutted as not only did I not have a new home but I'd sold off my stuff. We eventually moved 2 weeks before Xmas and now we're settled I'm back in the market for airsoft stuff 😆
I don't want to do what I've done previously and spend a small fortune as I don't get to go often thanks to work commitments so I've been looking at the G&G Firehawk, which is up at £139.99, but having not owned a G&G before (or even used anything bar an mp5 a4 top tech blowback) I'm wondering what people are saying about them
Anyway, it's nice to be back!

So I added OD paracord to my keymod on my spr.
First time trying it, I think it looks quite good. Ignore the instagram filters and i know the pictures are shoddy.

cropzy reacted to ImTriggerHappy in B.L.TECH B.O.S.S Would you?
Not if it was a tenner pointless gimmick from my point of view.
Watching those muricans camping around trying to look all operator put me off even more. If I wanted to watch people standing around achieving nothing I would go watch some council workers doing road repairs.

You don't need the gym get yourself down to a park in your combats and spend 30mins doing sprints crawling and the likes of what moves you would perform at airsoft.
Locals may call the police seeing acting like a looney but the run from them will also help your fitness

Shoot yourself with lighter BBs to build up a tolerance for heavier weights.

I practice my fitness for airsoft by repeatedly running into walls. I find its the best preparation I can have I usually start training about a week before a normal skirmish and at least a month before a big event.
To jazz it up I occasionally throw in a few suicide slides. I have almost cracked the embarrassed did anybody see that ninja jump up now.

cropzy reacted to proffrink in M4 Advice
Krytacs are probably regarded as being the better all-rounder right now. G&G make some decent low end and high-end stuff, but they are certainly better known for their entry level and mid-tier guns. I don't have the experience with one to comment on the BO Dynamics M4.

A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita; Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and, to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, "Now I am become Lemon, the destroyer of taste." I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.
