At last a reason to carry my entrenching took other than for frying eggs.

Although with a name like “enimine” I was expecting Denis Quaid to front it.

I agree that this is an issue, particularly with many Gen.Z'ers. It always puzzles me when people will start threads on this forum, along the lines of "Does anyone know how long it usually takes >insert retailer here< to send items?"

However I don't think that applies in this case. If I've already gone out of my way to be loyal to them (ie going to their website first), why should I go to the further inconvenience of calling and "negotiating" the postage cost. Especially when the times I actually get a moment to shop for this kind of stuff are usually during my lunch break at work, or in the evening when they're closed.

Wouldn't let me open the video.  Most likely a compatibility issue with the Gate gearbox and hop chamber / Nuprol receiver.  Can be a sod of an issue.

    Adding onto what @Fatboy40 said

    1. What's the length of the inner barrel?
    2. What's the cylinder type?

It might not though, then that time is sunk. And it could have gone into finding that you can get much better value elsewhere even if they shipped free and gratis.

Similarly with used sales (gnus, cars): crazy asking prices on the assumption that you'll do the dance, mate, haggle them down, mate, everyone knows that, that's just the game, mate.

I know some people do enjoy the thrill of bargaining down to what you can just click on elsewhere, but I suspect that's going to become an increasingly niche selling strategy in an era of easy comparison shopping.

Only 1kg, would only be £3.95 via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service.

My guess is in order to simplify their website backend shipping function they just use a single shipping weight.  It's a pretty lazy way doing shipping but very tempting as it can cut a huge amount of confusion.  Took me a few hours to get my head around how the shipping worked and I had to "fudge" the system in order to get it working as I wanted.  So many work-arounds.

Airsoft companies have been over charging for years sadly.  Some do it to try to get the customer to order more items in the attempt to justify the shipping etc.  I actually subsidise 90% of the shipping fees in order to retain customers.  £12.99 is very high for some BB's, what was the total weight?

Literally a 1kg bag, i.e. sod all. A joke considering a RIF from the same supplier is £20 for delivery (still excessive IMO but at least understandable).

As I say, they've fucked themselves with their own cock as far as I'm concerned.

So.... I may have been bitten by the honey badger... I love mine so much that I've downloaded the handbook from Q in the US to get the colours right when I paint/cerakote it... 😁
Then, being the daft bugger I am, I emailed Q to ask if u could copy the Q and the "live free or die" logos.
Kevin from Q (the owner!) emailed me back with hi res pictures of it and told me if I was ever in the neighbourhood to come over and have a blast with the real 300 blackout... What a gent!!

All[*] airsoft toys are cheap Chinese made tat with various degrees of markup and marketing. You're selling them, so you'll lie about them in order to sell them.  You can go ahead and lie about how much you're lying, but... this isn't Facebook.

@Josh SocomTactical how are you finding the ETU's?  Is it fully micro-switched or a mix of optical?  We're testing micro-switched ones at the moment - so far so good but early days yet. I've always been super weary as they are prone to failure after extensive use.  Even the more expensive Japanese switches are only rated for 50,000.

In the absence of a well attended airsoft forum in my country, I thought I'd give it a try in the UK.

I am certainly not a beginner in the game (more than 2 years in the game) but due to a lot of setbacks in the field of replica technique I have not had much time to play in those more than two years. First, many repairs were done by shops, but after several unimaginable bad experiences I started working on the replicas myself, without any knowledge of the matter at the time but I've learned a lot. Now I'm able to do everything myself.

In the meantime I am finishing the repairs on my MTW, (what my first question is about that i will post), also there is a Glock 17 waiting to be put together with upgrades and then the replicas will have to be tested before I go back into the woods in good spirits!

Playing style is mainly DMR, outdoor of course, think of the lone wolf that circles around the heat and makes his own plan.
Hope to learn more here at AFUK.

I have one of the XT 22 in a DMR build I'm doing at the moment. Had it for over a year but only just started using it. I'm surprised by how snappy it is compared to the specna edge 'upgraded' motor.

If any DE M900 owners are interested I bought a couple of these as I was off work last week relaxing at home...

... and wanted to see how they'd effect things (one for me to play around with and another for my son's upgraded G&G Firehawk that has as stock an M130 spring).

DE have said to me that the stock Chaoli motor they use is 19,000 RPM, but not at what voltage of battery and what its TPA is, so I put one into my M904E which is currently running an M105 spring. Just turning the stock Chaoli and XT motors pinions with your fingers there's a massive difference, with the Chaoli turning very easily and the XT requiring substantially more force with its strong magnets.

RPS only slightly improved, I wasn't really interested in that though, but the trigger response on semi is substantially better with all that torque available (and I run a Maxx Model Advanced Trigger so have set a very short trigger pull as well). I play most of the time at a semi only site so will definitely be getting my first shot off quicker and will be able to merrily spam the trigger if I'm in that sort of mood.

For a while I was tempted by a 27,000 RPM Warhead Base motor, but with the trigger response now so good I'm not sure if it's worth it (plus I'd be worried about PME and I don't want to play around with gear ratios to be honest).

    For only £33.50 it's a cracking upgrade

My missus bought a load of these Apple airtag trackers for various applications. Our cats don't wander far, so we don't actually use them fulltime but they worked very well when we did give them a test.
