Just bought a TM HK45 from these good people, communication from them was fantastic even if the actual sale ended up being a bit frustrating! Basically, the website allowed me to enter a different delivery address (my office - because there's always someone there who can sign for stuff). On acknowledging my order they also let me know that because the gun was coming direct from the warehouse it would have to be delivered directly to my UKARA registered address. Fair enough, I was going to be in all day because I had a surveyor coming (but that's a whole different kettle of very annoying fish). The postie came and went without a box for me so I rang and spoke to Andy who was very helpful and duly went off to find me a tracking number. On tracking the parcel it turns out that it had been delivered at 11am, signed for by me. Intriguing! I informed Andy who went off to find out where it was. I called RM customer services who then informed me that actually, it had been sent to the address that X Site told me it couldn't be sent to. Good old Royal Mail, eh? Anyway, faultless performance from Andy and the staff at X Site in getting the order out promptly, their price was good too and excellent after sales service in helping me try to track down the errant parcel!

Thermoplastics can be remoulded, thermosetting plastics cannot. If the Fobus plastic feels pliable then you should be able to re-form it to a degree. I would suggest heating it in boiling (or at least very hot) water - CAREFULLY!!! - then inserting the gun wrapped in either a bag or clingfilm to adjust it to size then plung the whole thing into cold water to re-set the plastic (hence the bag/cling film).

Personally - I feel that washing your BBs falls under the long list of things that life is just too short for. Like bad coffee or Jeremy Kyle.

The safariland copy I have for my m9 used to press the mag release when I ran. Had to cut it down to make it stop. It's all down to quality.

I'd get a backup rifle first. If you play mostly cqb you can get away with using a pistol but then you'll need extra mags so...

It's definitely more of a sniper thing. If you're using decent quality bbs you shouldn't need to wash them for your average aeg or gbb.

Seriously? You spent the thick end of £150 on a laser range finder for a gun that can only shoot as far as you can see? Wow. I thought I had more money than sense!

I was at the malls, half the team were pinned by fire from one of the shops so I heroically stormed to the side of the shop front, prepped a flashbang and promptly threw it into some camo netting hanging 12" in front of me. I laughed, the marshal right opposite me laughed, it went bang and I went deaf. Good times.

I keep my phone in an admin pouch on my chest rig. Screen facing inwards and set to silent (don't want text messages giving your position away).

They've been around for about 4 years now. Early models got a reputation for "shaking themselves to bits" as they do have a pretty strong (for a toy gun) recoil effect but I've yet to actually meet anyone that's had it happen to them. They're pretty nice guns (had a go of one back at the Airsoft Expo) but they're not cheap.

Buddy of mine wears the hard foam mask. Works well for protection but you can't understand a word he says!

I've seen that done with upgraded AEGs. People always assume that their gun is fine and anything that shoots faster or harder must be in some way "cheating". I have no issue with HPA/P* whatever as long as the user isn't a dick and that applies to EVERY gun. I get annoyed by people being completely unnecessary with ROF more than specifically what the motive power source is.

I used to wear a baseball cap but recently switched to an FMA FAST PJ style helmet. Playing a lot of CQB I was getting pissed off with welts on my forehead so it's been a good investment from that point of view. Having seen both in the flesh I would suggest an FMA one over an Emerson though. Plus all the helmet accessories (mounts, clips rails etc) are much better finished from FMA than Emerson too.

What do you mean by not "man enough"? Was the battery properly charged? What 7.4 have you used? If it doesn't sound "man enough" you may need a higher C rating on the battery rather than a higher voltage battery. Personally I wouldn't advise going to 11.1v LiPo without fitting a mosfet first.

As far as what scope "looks right" on the M14 - it's been in active service for so long pretty much every scope known to man will have been mounted at some point or other! You want an ACOG, you fit an ACOG!
