  1. ..How... ..How could you start the thread off with that monstrosity!? You sick b*stard. I'm going to have to ban you forever, then Ed will give you a second ban due to how offensive that image is.
  2. Very nice Samurai..
  3. Go for the one that you like the look of, they'll all perform pretty much the same.
  4. Their other M4's, just not that one.
  5. They're very common, mostly used as hire guns.
  6. Just a pinch..
  7. You'd be better off with a more 'reputable' brand, SRC, JG, TM, CA all make excellent G36's. The G26 feels very plasticy with visible seam lines and IMO the furniture looks very strange.
  8. They're both great guns, tough decision. Both have plenty of rail space, both are proven to be reliable guns, both are polymer...
  9. For the same amount of money you can get a Gen 3 SRC G36. http://www.airsoftworld.net/airsoft-guns/airsoft-bb-gun-type/airsoft-bb-gun-rifles/airsoft-bb-gun-modern-rifles/two-tone-src-g36c-gen-iii-airsoft-rifle.html "Superb quality from Taiwan means we won't be going back to Jing Gong even if they ever do start to produce the G36 again. " Ok..
  10. Well it depends if you'll look after it, not abuse it or open up the gearbox. AEG's can easily last over 10 years. The plastics CA use for their M4 receivers are fragile so I'd be aware of that. You can't find one? http://www.airsoftworld.net/two-tone-src-g36c-gen-iii-airsoft-rifle.html and.. (No such thing as a Ukara licence.)
  11. Don't ICS M4's have a quick change spring system?..
  12. Elcan Spectre for £35 from an eBay seller..
  13. Gorgeous looking AR's. How did you do the dust effect?
  14. Welcome to the forums! I'd recommend getting him a G&G Combat machine, reliable, cheap and can be easily upgradable. He'll probably be much happier with it.

    TM gearboxes

That's a good idea, if you cock up then at least you'll have a box of spares for the G&G gearbox.

If it uses a front wired V2 gearbox then the Marui gearbox will fit.

The receivers on them are polymer, and are super rugged, so won't break easily. They all have V2 gear boxes, so plenty of aftermarket parts.
  18. Pictures? Did you open up the gearbox?
  19. That's useful, thanks!
  20. No, the Army version is a clone of the G&G.
  21. I pretty much need to know what rail systems fit the Star/Ares L85, found a real steel DD rail for a decent price but I'm worried that it won't fit properly. I've heard that the Ares L85 doesn't need an adapter and can be fitted using the front sling. Any advice is appreciated.
  22. That gun is complete crap though.
  23. Probably Tamiya's.

I've been looking at PNVS 14s made by the same company, there's a thread on here about night vision goggles, and a pretty decent video review, the quality doesn't seem too bad. But, yeah very good price!

I dunno, it'll still be around £100 with tax and that?

Doesn't get counted on eBay, as in any tax has to be displayed. I'm pretty sure they all come out of same factory... But idk
