  1. @occidio is the piston seal in good order, clean, TechT lubed? Is the buffer moly greased? Are all other parts gun oiled? @itsme @KirbyHCI correct the TM fill valves allow all ‘air’ to be purged whilst filling with gas. It is not a pressure regulating design/part. @Emergencychimps mags simply need to be inverted whilst filling. TESTING YOUR MAG IS WORKING PROPERLY: The proper filling technique is 1sec fill, 9 sec rest. Repeat this until the mag when full weighs 470g. If you mag will not hold 670g then you need to fit a new fill valve. When doing service work for people this is a common fault. You don’t have to weigh your mags every time but it will diagnose the fault and let you get a ‘rapport’ with your mags so they are correctly filled in the field.
  2. @Salamanca The key here is you are using it as a DMR so not quite as many shots going of regardign the buffer shattering. The HSB would give you a fps consistency boost tho. @itsme i havent fielded an MWS for quite some time now, but typically id use Nuprol 2.0 most of the year, switching to 3.0 in the winter / temps around 10c, 4.0 if temps approaching zero.
  3. The mags will take all types of gas, as said its the different can/fill nozzles that are the problem. Obv dont take the piss with them, IE dont put fill them with the most powerful gas / propane in the height of summer. Gas power/type should be changed according to weather/temperature to MAINTAIN a consistent FPS year round. If you want to increase the FPS of the gun, use a longer barrel and or NPAS type doohicky. The only thing the MWS really needs to handle more powerfull gas / higher FPS settings is a HSB or similar to stop the buffer from shattering.
  4. The MWS came out nice! Is the G17 a Gen 3 or 4 base?
  5. Nice, why not semi lock it and bump it up too 425?
  6. That’s the important part! Hopefully my Ali ACRO will arrive soon.
  7. Hi, I’m looking to get a slide for my pistol from Boomarms, how have you found them? Ive not used them before. TIA
  8. What make? For Gen3 or 4? I think as per rules you need to put a price up.
  9. Hands down buy a TM pistol, it will bring maximum joy and minimum ball ache. Any of the ones youve listed are great, BUT i wouldnt go for the Hi-Capa personally - hang on Capa crowd! - yes the Hi-Capas are good historically and very upgradeable, but THE best TMs are the newer generation models with the 15mm BBU, what this means for the user is exceptional cold weather performance and a really solid 'kick' / recoil. You can happily upgrade your TM with a quality aluminium slide in the future if you want to with no loss in performance.
  10. Yeh to be fair, ive PDW'd mine so barrel is only 185mm, the stock barrel is aluminium, so if you running it full size a prommy wuold be a very good upgrade. I personally have found the above buckings/nubs give more consistent results, but thats my opinion
  11. I must have got the last one 😕 Order a G&G green or TM bucking for it, with a concave nub / super nub and itll shoot very well. The stock blue one is the only rubbish part really.
  12. I wouldn’t know, be pissed if I bought a real one and it was! Makes even more sense why the real steel world is loving LPVOs
  13. Airsoft ACOGs are shocking on eye relief for sure. A gun that length def needs a magnified optic IMO, or at least a beefy RDS like an Aimpoint Comp M4 Rattle can the mags if you’ve got some old Gen PMAGs
  14. I personally think it’s better suited with a ACOG. I think it would look more complete with an older generation magazine and maybe a Magpul itself Should definitely leave the 203 on, it makes it! More press ups!! I always like the moe handgaurds
  15. Can’t you just pinch the connector a little tighter?
  16. Yeh just shorten the rubber down
  17. Ahh i get you, yes i knew how they mounted, theres only one small hard part... the nose clip though, everything else is neoprene 🤔
  18. Did you look straight up while riding or where you doing a backflip?
  19. These with a velcro strap are excellent for airsoft, stop the hot air going in your eyepro and fogging, they breathe really well as unrestricted bottom, and the best bit is they dont stop you getting down on the stock/buffer tube for a cheek weld. Foggy respo mask
