  1. No thats fine, full length barrel is a bonus
  2. At least you underestimated for a change 😂 Most airsofters can shoot 200m like a friggin laser beam
  3. @Helyk can you get more vertical pistol grips for the MCX? Ive always been suprised SiG put such an angled grip on what is a close quarters gun. Got my P90 together and im back in love, shouldnt have sold my old one years back, running sweet at 22RPS / 325 FPS with perfect timing / no overrun fully mechanical on the original TM wiring! Just waiting on the Shadow Regime M-Trigger to land and i can hook it up with the WarFet I know Asomodai will respect the bullpup 😋
  4. @Panama thanks for the info, have you tested/fielded the TDC setup yet? Also i dont think you are missing out regarding the Action trigger set... I got the gun built back up with the new internals, but not done any hop work yet, just testing functionality and FPS. The Rapax2 came in at a low 385 fps with my stock G-spec barrel, like most i want max fps with minimal spring effort, so i may get an EDGI on order to boost fps a little. I have a Rapax3 which may work well with a couple coils removed, anyone else running Rapax springs in these? Not impressed with the upgrade action trigger, it is very finnicky about actually catching the piston/cocking and the trigger feel is non existent and extremely sensitive. To that end i have a Bull trigger on order to test out. Looks wise im pretty pleased, might have to get the scope mount repainted or Cerakoted, the Far East anodising is a weird colour!
  5. Please read back from about 184, will answer most your questions
  6. If your spring fell out because it’s non standard. The gear has not been filled like that, it’s knackered. What are your goals with it? Run it stock-ish or you want to mod it loads? I have all the standard internal parts in good condition if you are interested. Gears, motor, piston complete. Otherwise, I would go Lonex gears, Prommy piston.
  7. God knows on the paint, i just googled the image to showcase the stock on it, as i dont think you can legitimately build an AR subgun without a stock like that Yes i think you have enough 'proper' guns, so an 8" would be great fun in general and for CQB play
  8. I can see your thinking but I would not agree. Working in the automotive industry, agricultural in the past and a keen MTBer pretty much all products are not designed for what is essentially bare steel. The only parts on vehicles/bikes are brake discs and rotors, and you only use brake degreaser on those! All products have the main purpose of either lubrication or anti seize. The main benefit of gun oils is corrosion inhibitors and long term surface penetrators for blues steel etc. Further i definitely would not want skin contact with most automotive products, my hands sure are not as happy as they were 5, 10, 15, 20 years ago! A can of Parker Hale gun oil costs £4 and will last years
  9. I do wish someone made those L5 mags in MWS GBBR too
  10. Aye any real steel gun oil, *cough* ParkerHale, love the smell of that stuff 😁
  11. I posted the AR pistol as I think if @Cyberlawyer went the 8” route it’s have to have a stock like that. The lower is a 16” Recce setup, I think it looks cool in modern classic way, the Midwest rail and ACOG. Bipod is jank however
  12. @Cyberlawyer thats a dedicated airsoft collection! Can you post a pic of all three?
  13. Glad you enjoyed your day out, kinda You definitely want to be running powerful gas or MAPP at lower temps to get the best from the MWS. That will get you on pace and snappy. Also standard mags, dont cut those gas tubes - we have found them to negatively affect FPS consistency and worsen cooldown. The only downside i find with MWS vs AEG in woodland is if you need a burst to guarantee a hit through dense cover. Otherwise your heavy ammo (hopefully you were running 0.32- 0.36s?) should always come up trumps on distanced single shots.
  14. No that is all good, its partly the reason your part broke, the buffer is at too high a speed when it stops.
  15. You could cut it off square so it has a flat end, cut some rubber discs same diameter as the buffer tube ID or something that add upto the length that is missing from the the Buffer part B, so the buffer spring holds them in place. That way if you do want to keep using it the buffer wont be over travelling.
  16. Hi, the Modify Polymer buffer will be fine, its jsut all the heavy metal roller wierd ones you wnat to avoid.
  17. @Hypokondrikern just fire the gun off so it is not stored ‘cocked’ then all the springs will be released. @TadsJ2 that broken part is called ‘buffer part B’, get a new one, keep the TM buffer but run a HSB spacer with it and this will not happen again. The TM Buffer is the most gas efficient and fastest cycling, as well as not damaging the buffer tube.
  18. @Hypokondrikern If you’ve run the gun hard for 2 years that trigger set definitely needs some loving! The while gun should be well work hardened by now, and would greatly benefit from a ‘trim’ up 😁
  19. I like the gun oil as it washes dirt out but on the flip side will attract light dust. So on that basis depending on how dirty a day you’ve had 😂 flush it out at then of the day or remove it/clean/reinstall. Same goes for all cleaning, depends how shitty you get the gun You know if you drop a mag business end in the dirt then your an idiot if you stuff it in the gun 😆
  20. Have a good look for burrs or marring over on edges of the trigger parts
  21. Just loctite permanent parts, GBBs are basically vibrators 😂
  22. Def have to have one if GBBR 😍 MWS / MP5 child please 😁
