Wow. The Buyer's Regret package is usually a blue Bulldog and a Raven. To go straight to a pimped out Systema before playing is living your life as though every day is your last (spoiler: in the vast majority of cases, it is not).
I mean, the best you can say is that it looks like he's managed to get his sweaty hands on RIFs.
That tag looks retail as fuck, who is selling Systemas to first time players with no UKARA? -
I’m a Green Party member, we’re embroiled in leadership power struggles, internal politics and various other operational issues.
I wouldn’t worry, and if we did get a sniff at an election win, which we won’t, but if we did I assure you I’d personally take a significantly more active role as a party member to ensure the right people are put in front of the right decision makers to ensure the longevity of airsoft.
As much as I or others don’t want to believe it, party donors have a lot of sway in the Green Party, a fat donation could wipe that policy right off the manifesto.

I designed a 3D printed version that @Shamal was referring to. I've attached the STL file in case it's any use to anyone (for personal use only!).
Only takes ~30mins to print - place on the bed at 45deg with supports.
Hey,I’m Matt who owns Lancashire Armament Co, I just want to be absolutely clear that we never charge for parts sourced and only bill for CAD time on parts we design in house.
I’m not suggesting your accusing me of such, but just for clarity of anyone reading this thread in the future.
We charge for machine time and materials only as described in the invoice, for any paid or personal use only models our customers “instruct” us to manufacture the part on their behalf and we never share parts between customers who do not own licenses to them.
We have a proven track record of enforcing users purchasing personal usage rights to paid models and will always do so.
As contributors to open-source ourselves we respect the terms and limitations of the licenses imposed on us.

Literal piece of piss, honestly it couldn’t be simpler.
Their instructions should have disassembly instructions as I had to put volume reducers in mine.

I caught a MK5 in my hoodie hood which someone threw over a fence which I was stood behind.
It went off in my hood before anyone could get it out despite being jumped on by at least two other people I didn’t know.
When it went off it burnt a huge hole in my balaclava, deafened me for the next two days and left with me a mild concussion.
I’m good for idiots throwing even MK5s around tbh…

I think @RostokMcSpoons ‘s response summed up my feelings pretty nicely.
I would be in the ignorant camp for most of these things. Do I know what a Swastika is and why not to wear it? Yeah. Do I know what patterns on shemaghs or keffiyehs mean what? Heck no.
Young players are stupid, not always malicious. We’ll change more of their behavior by being friends than we will by alienating/being hostile.
100%, to be clear. I’m not going around starting fights with everyone lmao.
I’m just saying, I make as conscious an effort as the specifically malicious players in counter to their views.
I understand a lot of it is ignorance and that’s acceptable to a degree, it’s those who are deliberate edge lords or stand by it in the face of confrontation I’m less friendly with…
But as @RostokMcSpoonssaid, it’s a small world and I am not in the business of getting kicked off sites so I keep quiet most the time.
I was merely giving a granted very specific example, I remember a time when people having “terrorist” kits wearing traditional Afghan dress was somewhat normal and apparently acceptable so it was the first example that popped into head.
BlueFor always used to have those offensive infidel patches, and OpFor always dressed super offensive and didn’t understand the cause they were impersonating.
-
I distinctly wear patches which convey my own personal political reservations. I don’t understand how anyone can wear politically motivated patches or historical ones without any idea of the connotations.
One of the ones which offends me badly is when people wear Keffiyehs and run around with AKs when they couldn’t even possibly relate to meaning of some of the patterns they’re wearing.
They’re the kind of people who’d wear a Palestinian keffiyeh and not understand the message they’re sending regardless of where they stand on the matter.
I also can’t stand any offensive Arabic patches which say things like Kafir/Infidel that shit really pisses me off because it’s normally young white CoD playing teenagers with absolutely no idea of the symbolism and struggles associated with the cause they’re imitating.
All my patches are clear obvious bright left-wing patches ranging from “Anti-Capitalist Socialist Club” to a Progressive Pride Flag patch.
I consciously make an effort to defy and offer some sort of counter to people who wear offensive patches and are harbouring questionable views.
But ultimately if you want to wear a Gorka and rock an AK-12 I personally don’t have an issue with it until you go slapping modern Russian military symbolism on it. Much like how someone’s not going to pull up your Mauser unless you engrave a swastika into the handle or something.

I think I'm currently looking after the same model for @rocketdogbert. It's definitely off of a Canik TP9 though. I might be able to knock one up for you if you haven't got the kit for machining it.
Thank you so much! I only just saw this! I have the means to make it, I just lost mine so I had no original to measure.
I did make one by eye using photos but it’s not accurate.
Will get onto making this ASAP thank you so much!

If you’ve already CAD’d it can you send me the step file to save me some time?

Hi guys,
I’ve lost my thread protector and want to make a new one, does anyone have one which they can measure for me?
if you have a SAI BLU that has the same thread protector and would work equally as well.
thanks!

My worst gun has to be my Tokyo Marui XDM.45, the feed nozzle gets stuck in the feed lips, the return velocity of the recoil spring is variable depending on the weather and sometimes needs a solid palm to the rear to seat it into battery.
When it does fire though, it's snappy as all fuck, basically a laser beam. Most of the time though you're locking the slide back, dropping the mag out and wondering why the fuck this thing still doesn't work before brutally slamming the slide forward to get it working again.
Best gun has to be my Krytac Trident MK2, it may sound like a box of spanners smashing into each other, but it does just work. It's never skipped a beat, locked up once in it's whole life, has no modifications besides Maple Leaf bucking and ZCI hop unit. It's my backup gun that I know will just work no matter what, I have 10.3" and 5" upper receivers for it so no matter where I am playing it's always a usable backup gun whether it's CQB or outdoors.
Only issue with it is it feels like a literal toy compared to my Cyma AKS74U and TM 416D Recoil. It's super light and has humorous proportions in places like the silly small charging handle.
I took for granted that when I first started airsoft and bought a Krytac that despite not being the best, it was reliable, how I would love to go back to my guns just working...

This is so weird, why would the retailer remove the trades from an NGRS and sell it cheaper? On the topic of painting though, I received a quote to do a pistol slide in Cerakote Graphite Black and that was only about 60gbp so I think if you wanted the upper and lower Cerakoting graphite black then it wouldn't be more than 150gbp.
Also, you seem to have a habit of impulse buying without reading, remember when I got that sick deal on XDM.45 mags from you because you thought they were FNX mags 😆 😛

Hi guys,
I've just finished and published an early, but working version of my TM NGRS STANAG adapter for the ODIN Sidewinder. It really irked me that the only one available was being sold commercially with no option to even just buy the model for printing at home.
As a result, I present to you the first open-source GPL licensed NGRS adapter for the Sidewinder, hopefully this offers a decent alternative to the existing adapter.
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/odin-sidewinder-adapter-for-tokyo-marui-ngrs-stanag-magazine
Please note that this is a really early version and is at the point of it working, there are some issues and feedback would be greatly appreciated!
Known Issues:
- No mag catch for the NGRS mag can eject the magazine as spring gets harder to depress (one is planed, but I am torn on to make it 3D printed or accept a standard metal AEG mag catch you can just buy)
- Can't fully fill EPMs using knock-off ODINs due to lack of torque, I haven't test it on a genuine ODIN.
This design was a complete from scratch design and does not infringe or replicate any of AirTac's adapter.

If the holster you wish to mount to a drop leg is a "paddle style" holster which looks like what I've added below with the circle and teeth, then you can get something like what I run:

Is it standard or do you have a mosfet installed? The bolt catch sits on top of the small lever that you can see in the mag well in first picture. Is it sitting correctly? the black bit is the bolt stop catch and it sits above the silver bolt stop mechanism which you can see just above the mag release spring.
You can see the bolt stop mechanism in the second photo I just took so should make a bit more sense? bolt catch sits on top of bolt stop mechaism where red arrow is pointing.
If it's stiff then remove gear box and a little grease under the mechanism can help. Unhook the littles spring though before removing the screw!
It has a TITAN installed, and the latch it's self is very loose, I can easily actuate it with my finger in the magwell.
It simply doesn't lock, if I put an empty mag in and fire it will not latch, even if I hold it up and fire it won't latch onto anything and stay like that. I can see in the TITAN software that the latch is triggering the bolt stop correctly as I can see it changing from "EMPTY" to "LOADED" when I move the switch around.A friend of mine who also has a 416D NGRS said that the bolt latch should catch on the tappet plate and hold the tappet plate back, is this true? If so, my latch doesn't catch the tappet plate.

If I wish to create a custom RSS feed for classifieds in the last 7 days as I have at https://airsoft-forums.uk/discover/76
I cannot subscribe to the RSS feed using the button as the /discover endpoint seems to require authorisation.
Can this be made public so I can subscribe my viewer to the RSS XML that page generates?
UPDATE:
Never mind, loading on desktop allows generating a URL with a token in it for my particular user and accessing it "unauthenticated". -
Hey guys,
I’m having a little trouble with my NGRS bolt catch, it does seem to work in the sense that I’ve had it pop out the bolt catch and stop firing, but only once.
It’s very unreliable, can someone fill me in on how it works and where to look for what’s causing the intermittency?
I’m not sure exactly what bolt catch is on it but both previous owners are on here to maybe they know.
I’ve attached an image from the listing I bought it from in case the first owner recognised it, the guy I bought it from is nice and helpful and says it works so I’m happy to persevere with it. -
