  1. that pistol man.. haha, you sooo need a racegun magwell! never quite made sence to be thou to mount an optic on a moving slide, wont it take a fair amount of beatings?
  2. simpson house / springfield (actually been daydreaming sometimes about making it one day haha)
  3. Funny you mention that, it's Real Sword or nothing for me when it comes to SVD:) so you're saying it wont need upgrading?
  4. mine looks like the cheaper one. the functions I can remember is 1-9 burst, function where you can set it to continue on auto after a sec if you hold the trigger in. I really only got it to be able to "lock" guns to semi. I find having the burstwizard gives me slower trigger response, thou others have said the opposite. oh and it tend to get burn-your-fingers type hot. and as mentioned, you have to hold down the trigger during the entire burst.. really it's just limiting how many shots you shoot on auto.
  5. out of interest, the spring version of the svd? how do you find it? my brother have it, stock.. haven't really tried it. I am considering an aeg version
  6. was also gonna say TM vsr. I heard a thumb rule that generally you have to spend around £1000 before you have a sniper that is worth using over an aeg.
  7. very good point! thou as I understand it, playing once is not a legal defence?
  8. kriss has been made.. maybe not with in that variation thou
  9. Save up some more.. for an extra £20 you'll get a decent 2nd hand one rather than some junk off jbbg
  10. I think that's their advise as well.. save for AFUK.
  11. then again, surefire is kind of overpriced, but if you like 'em and can afford 'em but there's plenty of good options out there!
  12. legal issues - probably no breaking a law - probably yes much like cycling in the dark with a blinking lights (law says it has to be constant, but you're very unlikely to ever get in trouble over this.)
  13. my proper 640lum torch is brighter than my china 1000+lum torch
  14. dont mind me doing it, only mind all the kit.
  15. oh a very important thing.. remember the 'enemy' is actually your friends. save for trying to cover em in bbs, no hostility should be displayed. someone took you out with a very unlikely shot? "-Hit! Nice one mate!!" this. too many slowfooted players.
  16. whole bunch of 'enemies' are you're all alone? No problem! That's what full auto is for! CHAAAAARGE!! oh and don't forget the battle cry. apart form that.. well, don't be afraid of getting hit, it doesn't hurt much, and would it leave a scar you got a story to tell! take your hit even if unsure, have fun, don't be too serious, especially not while not playing.
  17. Problem is the blame culture we live in. if someone trips on a rock, they dont say "damn, I tripped because I didn't look properly... this sucks, lets get to the NHS!".. rather they said "damn, I didn't see that rock... let's sue the site owner!!". So the insurance is basically there to make sure the site owner wont be sued to oblivion. Also so that police know that you're there. I hate all those regulations. There are plenty of organised games where I live, but I don't tend to go to them. I much more enjoy to set a time a few days in advance, show up, chill, have fun with friends, laugh, spend too much time in safe zone and go for a pizza afterwards.
  18. then again.. as both a .22 and a bullpup fan^^ oh reminded me.. 10/22 gatling gun! (skip to 1min for the action!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsAR4AaV9vk
  19. *scratches head* (looks like a tubefeed .22?)
  20. I dont see why people have an issue with that at all. It's their company, if you disagree, find another forum or make your own forum for that sake. But I do much prefer the people on AFUK.
  21. actually, it makes tactical sense. Time used to re chamber a lever action or a pump rifle is used to identify where to put the next shot, while still keeping the rifle at target. I'm not to good at the science of it, but generally more shots will hit the intended target than with a semi automatic. also lever action is UK legal while semi or pump action isn't (unless .22)
