  1. EAG Epsom tomorrow anyone?

  2. get another cyma AK cm.048 or cm.050
  3. CYMA CM.048, damn durable. if you for some reason do not like AKs.. just get any G&P, good guns and fairly durable. oh and I agree with above with barrel length.. my CA B&T mp5k shot further and straighter at the same fps than most m4/m16/ak at the site I used to play at.
  4. I'd bloody well hope so or I'll want my money back!!
  5. Anyone playing at TWA on Saturday??

  6. yea, welcome to the forums, glad you found a site and that you like your new gun
  7. it feels fairly solid. I hate the trigger. battery space is a bit awkward,
  8. personally I would not be afraid (then again, I would say that). they are clever enough that they can identify co2 airsofts from gas airsoft and confiscate the later. and real sword cuts the barrel in such way it cannot function for its original purpose
  9. Don't tell me what I can or cannot do in my home/page (didn't even intend that pun when i started writing)! would recommend the cyma not only for starters, even if you want to upgrade it's a solid platform - if you can live with the pot metal parts
  10. fair point.. but is .66g a common bb weight? was thinking this myself... especially as they seem to be out of stock. would be a great thing to have listed on ones homepage to get traffic from curious airsofters
  11. depends on what he is using it for
  12. haha XD "Reusable" - good luck finding them, or indeed identify them in a skirmish! btw is this not the company that did a box with 10 individually packed BBs or something like that?
  13. Called them, seems they can't ship abroad as it has real parts. shame really but oh well! oh by the way, they where pleasant as ever and went out of their way trying to help me!
  14. the horror Looks amazing! love the stock, rails and raiser, as well as the over all look! not too sure about the string thou-.. does it serve any purpose?
  15. was just going to ask if it was including the scope.. splendid! thanks! seems to work out the same price as from ehobby if I have it sent straight to Sweden.. think I prefer PAS thou, and not customs etc will be added. will seriously consider this.
  16. Cheers!! how much are they normally from PAS?
  17. Fair enough. only done it once myself (got the gun twotone for a silly price), then had to carefully scrape the twotone off, as it was metal and using chemicals would have removed the paint under it. looks like it's been fairly well used, but I no what so ever intention to sell that particular gun, so I dont mind
  18. excellent! I gather that's a fairly decent price as well?
  19. yea, where do I buy it? suggestions for UK, EU and worldwide all much appreciated
  20. wont be buying in the UK, but good heads up! I assume its the 450 fps sold by ehobby asia, but will have to confirm that [confirmed]. excellent conclusion, thanks! No plans what so ever using it for cqb:) The site I mainly play at however does have a lot of houses, and a lot of battle is between the them. So when you're going into a house carrying a sniper or DMR you would swap to your sidearm, make sure the building is clear, then swap back to snip out of the windows. So you would agree the SVD does not need upgrades? can I expect it to have some of the strength of the type56? witch upgrades would you say I'd have to pop into the type 56 before I can use it as a DMR?
  21. One would think so, but look at Glocks knives for example. absolute rubbish. I am guessing H&K just see airsoft as toys (fair enough), just want the money and couldn't care less about who puts their mark on their airsoft. I much doubt they helped design the airsoft version, firstly they are busy producing weapons, secondly because Umarex is not the manufacturer (unless I am much mistaken) I agree about lemons, G&G has them as well, but that is really not what I am pointing out. As for your gun, it clearly is decent if it been running for two years. but I still wouldn't recommend getting it before finding out who the manufacturer is. The only Umarex I personally know about is the 417, which is manufactured by VFC, so I am guessing it is darn good.
  22. Sorry mate, not meaning to put you down.. but "official Heckler & Koch approval" does not count for a lot in airsoft. H&K makes excellent firearms, true, but their interest and knowledge in airsoft is questionable. Again, not saying automatically all Umarex are bad. just that to research which ones are good you need to find out who manufactures the gun in question, and sometimes you might even find that you can find it cheaper from the actual manufacturer. personally I always recommend sprayed two-tone.. once legal defence is obtained it can be sanded down.
  23. oh you gotta be kidding me............... ....lets just say that the computer now works and I feel like an idiot.
