Basing on a few others for sale here and other sites / discords, that seems to be the sweet spot. 

There’s a photo of a 24th STS guys 416 with the “C” stock and a geissele rail and I always thought it looked pretty damn cool.

Not sure what I’m doing really but I like it 🤔

The chopped car-15 stock wasn’t the most comfy, so thought I best upgrade:

Original STAR SA80 restored and turned into a 3 Para afghan 2008 look. 
Real handguard and hk stickers made for the rear. 
Susat painted worn, painted and worn again to give it the built up look. 
Still some weathering to do. But 90% done now. 

Just treated myself to a HAO MK16 rail for the TM MWS. Really pleased with the quality - feels very solid. 
 

Game day pic. Added a can and a light bar…which turned out not to be the same colour as the surefire so that needs sorting.
 

Yesterday’s kit was the most slimmed down I could get, very back to basics but worked out great.
 
MWS with a new Ferro slingster, 2 stendo pmags clamped with a magpul maglink and 2 TM pistol speedloaders in my jeans pocket.
 
Delta Mike face pro kept me nice and cool and the peltors…glad I brought those with all the tags going off!
 
Face blur for the usual uglies and work.
 

Last of the new bits, Spiritus SPUD pouch. Liked the look of them when first announced, initially for popping a 16oz Nalgene in but looks to be really versatile. Could definitely see it getting used for extra mags/speedloaders on longer game days. Certainly not a revolutionary pouch, but well executed as usual.
 

Agree it’s a lot of money for such a risk!
 
I’ve seen one of the L119’s up close and the
quality is amazing, the monolithic upper really sets it apart from most other builds.

Played a game of CQB yesterday with a pair of mags coupled together and 2 speed loaders, it was great!
 
Never felt outgunned, quick reloads, no kit and I just loaded the mags on the way back to spawn or topped them off when it was quiet.

TM EBB has been with my machinist buddy pretty much since they released getting the real stock cut to fit, got excited and had to take a rushed pic.

It’s designed for gen 2/3 pmags, the insides are moulded to fit the raised grid pattern and lock into the the 5 groves running down the front and rear.
 
If it’s a PMAG style not the smooth EMAG type, should fit…
 
My “gmags” are G&P gas mags, bloody heavy (iron) and off spec so they don’t fit perfectly but they’re not going anywhere once tightened down.

Absolutely nout wrong with basic & cheap, you’ve got your eye / face pro, camo and somewhere to stash your mags.
 
Everything else is for dress up / the larp!
 
 

I was also there today, the man above did indeed bring a spatula and rock it!
 
First time a strikeforce Gloucester today, great fun…bit of a greenhouse!! Some good exchanges and lovely welts to come home with 😝
